We stayed four nights in Westin and had a nice time there. It had a king size bed in a clean and quiet room. There was also a nice shower and the restroom had such a good soap and shampoo. Its a not a place to gumbling and see atractions inside but it's close to other hotels specially if you have a car. The swimming pool was ok and the parking lot was nearer the rooms than in other hotels.

Room Tip: I would prefer a higher room which I think would be shinny and with a better view.

Stayed here overnight in transit on a business trip. Due to a late flight into LAS, I arrived at the hotel well past midnight and felt completely safe. The parking lot was well lit and the staff was quite professional, did not allow an upgrade though. Was up at 4AM next AM due to time zone adjustment, Starbucks was open, hotel in-house casino was open. Front Desk was cordial and gave me walking directions to a 24hour souvenir shop. If you are in LAS while in transit, I would recommend.

This is a rather smalkler hotel that the big ones you will on the strip but it offers good sleep quality , a medium size pool that we never found full and an attcahed SPA wher you can have treatents but also use the steam and sauna for free.
The staff is extremely friendly at the reception and at the SPA .
This is a perfect hotel near to the strip

The beds are so great! Felt well rested each day. The gym was very nice too. Lots of equipment and very clean. Nice to have the local Starbucks and had good meals at the restaurant as well. The halls and rooms a little worn, but would recommend for a quieter Las Vegas hotel.

I just got back from the Westin, and while the hotel is nice, I'll stay somewhere else next time. This Westin, aside from the small casino in the lobby, could have been anywhere. I didn't mind that it's not a flashy Vegas-style hotel, but if you want the big Vegas experience, this isn't where you'll find it.

The Good:
- My room was spotless. I had no idea that this is a pet-friendly hotel.
- The Heavenly Bed is just that... heavenly.
- The complimentary happy hour is fantastic. It was great for mingling before dinner.
- Service in the hotel was great. Friendly staff.

The Bad:
- Service at the on-site restaurant was not great. I had breakfast there once, my co-workers had dinner there, and we all agreed that service was slow and the food wasn't worth writing home about.

The Ugly:
- I'm in awe of the reviewers who were ok with walking to and from the strip and weren't bothered by the people (obviously not guests!) who hang out around the hotel. There's NO WAY I'd walk from The Strip all the way to the Westin by myself at night. I know that's not the Westin's fault, but it's enough to keep me from staying there again. (For perspective, I've lived in Atlanta and Baltimore, both cities not exactly known for their low crime rates)

If you can get past the location and don't mind that this doesn't have a volcano, dancing fountains, or roller coaster, this is a good value.

Room Tip: Even numbered rooms look out over at MGM/airport side and odd rooms overlook the Wynn/Mirage side.

I've stayed at multiple properties in Vegas but this has got to be one of the best beds I've ever had the pleasure in sleeping in!! Maybe I slept better because the property is quite, but I've stayed in penthouses that weren't as pleasurable as this. If you need a good nights sleep this is the spot. My actual stay was in September of 2011.

There was nothing special about the Westin in Las Vegas. The property itself was okay but not great. The bar area is just average. The worst part about our stay was that we could not even get into our room until 4:50pm. We were originally told at 2:30pm that our room should be ready in 1 hour. When we went back to check on our room after one hour, we were told that our room might not be ready until 6pm. We were told that since we had booked through a third party we would be one of the last people to get our room. We finally did get our room at 4:50 pm and were told that they would waive the facility fee since we got into our room so late. However, the next morning we received a bill for the facility fee even though we had been promised that it would be waived.
