“Do yourself a favor and stay away from Club 36”

This is the worst property at the worst location in Las Vegas. We were enticed with a great rate at this property if we go on a 60 minute tour. The price was right so why not. The property is so close to the Airport and a runway that airplanes were flying over every 5 - 10 minutes. It was also very loud. You couldn't enjoy yourself outside or in your room. The property was literally shaking as the planes flew over. After one night we checked out and went to the Luxor and tried to salvage the rest of our vacation. Why a resort would be built so close to a runway is mind boggling. Also for being such a new property it was already run down.

We arived into Vegas at raound 11:30pm, staff were very helpfull when we arived and had us in our room very fast. The room was one of the basic ones, however it was fantastic. Bed was great to sleep on. Kitchen was small, but im not cooking for a large party so all was good. Washer and dryer, large bath/shower, and great dinning/ lounge area. To sum it up, it was fantastic.

Club 36 is still in development, what is there so far looks very nice and I am looking forward to the finished results. From what I have been told there are big plans for the rest of the undeveloped land around. A little way from the strip, but it is easy to get to. Taxi's are a little on the slow side, and make sure you let others out side know if you ar ewating as we had others cut in front a few times.

Staff were very friendly, I would say that theye are a little understaffed in the main lobby area and still learning. They provided us with great service whilst we were there, and guest services was great in getting anything we wanted in regards to shows and events.

If there was a down side, it would be that the resort is under the flight path of aircraft ariving and departing the airport.

We were there for the timeshare seminar. It was a little long, but they did show us around all of the room variations and facilities. In regards to sales reps, the ones we encountered were not pushing a sale on us and worked with us in regards to all of our questions, to obtain an outcome that we all liked. Over all they were very profesional showing a good product as all purchased that day. With an open mind all can go very smooth.

Overall we will visit Club 36 again and look forward to seeing the finished result.
