Only a one night stay but really comfortable accommodations. Clean and staff was friendly and courteous. Was not approached by timeshare people thank God! I liked that there was a few stores adjacent to the hotel which made it very convenient to have breakfast on the run and pick up a few forgotten items from the ABC store. I would stay here again if I had to come back to Vegas again.

We had a phenomenal stay at Club 36. We purchased an Explorer Package through Bass Pro Shops and knew going in we would be attending a time share presentation. We found the staff from check-in through presentation to checkout to be friendly, responsive, and very helpful. Our presentation consultant was very low pressure. Our suite - both A & B sides - was fantastic. It is located next to the flight path of McCarran International Airport, but because we went hard seeing Las Vegas, the planes taking off and landing did not bother us. It was VERY convenient to the airport. However, if you stay at Club 36, I recommend a rental car. All of the casinos we visited offered free valet service, which after tipping, was way more economical than taking a taxi everywhere. If you take 15 minutes to learn the parallel back streets to Las Vegas Blvd, you will not be near as frustrated with the traffic.

While I would agree with the basic great reviews for this place, our experience rates a negative number, to be kind. We arrived early (3:23Pm) so understood would need to wait until 4 PM. checkin (why no room is ever ready before that I don't understand)..but they said our room had great views and worth waiting for. So we left to look at the ABC store and other stores attached to the property. Returning after 4 told it would be another 20 minutes as some guest had returned unauthorized into the room and it had to be reinspected. We graciously went to dinner at 4:30,not what we wished to do, returned at 5:30. Another desk clerk was changing the room number on our key card holder (so bye bye great view room)...got upstairs and there was someone in that room. Trooping downstairs (yes, we had traveled over 7 hours that day, I have Fibromyalgia, so desperate to get into a room) and ended up with another room much much farther down the corridor. Given a bottle of wine, we don't drink wine.
Next day key card was misplaced and when I went downstairs told briskly by a clerk pushing papers that I would have to get in line behind 5 other parties waiting to check in. With a disability, this is torture, as our first wait in line with only 1 couple in front of us took over 20 minutes. We finally got the bellboy to get a card, upstairs again and it didn't work. Downstairs, told to get into line again. So...there were alot of tired looking people trying to check in and their system sucks. There are 2 nice women working in the afternoon but public relations doesn't exist.

The carpets in the hall are overstretched and bumpy so watch your step going down the hallways. They also smell. Someone obviously had smoked in out non smoking room.

Went to the pool to relax next day and they were jack hammering the deck concrete...with no notice to guests ahead of time (they can bug you with time share calls but can't give you a heads up before you get all prepared for an afternoon at the pool?). Also is indoors, heavily chlorinated so if you have sensitivities don't go there!

Went to the spa to try and unwind...while he knew his basics, he answered his phone in the middle of my massage, there was jack hammering, and no mood music, put a mask on my face and then left without saying anything. Came back in and washed dishes next to me, a picture fell off the wall from the jackhammering.. and he wandered off again. Bad experience there though nice guy, just doesn't get it(complained about another customer to me, unprofessional).

Going back to our favorite haunt, Polo Towers.

Won't be returning or recommending this place.

Except for slow registration due to slow computers at midnight, every thing about the hotel itself was great. Full sized kitchen frig with ice maker. Dish washer and washer/dryers in unit- I am lov'n it. House keeping quick to respond. Room very quiet despite being close to airport.
Transportation easy with hotel shuttle or city buses to Strip or Fremont street.
Blurgreen rep called morning of departure to tell me I was scheduled for a meeting at 9 am the next morning. I was expecting to arrive at the resort after midnight. I was going on vacation to a time share that I already owned not to listen to another sales pitch. I told them not to expect me. REALLY BLUEGREEN?

Room Tip: We chose side away from airport.

I have stayed at several Bluegreen properties and have always been pleased with the accommodations and amenities. This property is well maintained, rooms are spacious and there is a free shuttle to the strip. I did notice that the surrounding neighborhood is a bit sketchy. I noticed the police there at least four times during our stay. There is also an area where a large number of transients gather directly behind the hotel. The property is nice but the neighborhood makes me a little uncomfortable.

We stayed here as guests for several days in February 2014. Check-in was relatively fast and the staff were very friendly and seemed genuine in their interest in our comfort. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite which was very clean and comfortable. Our room faced the runways of the Las Vegas airport. If you look on google earth you will see how close this building is to the end of one of the runways! The large resort parking lot and East Tropicana Ave are between the building and the fence at the end of the runway. Surprisingly we didn't hear much noise from planes but some appear to be very close as they come low to land. Just an occasional whoosh from time to time. Nevertheless it was a view as I had never experienced in many years of travel!
The appliances, temp control, bath fixtures, tvs, and wifi all worked well. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were clean.
The pool is indoors but there is an outdoor sundeck where you can watch the planes come and go. I imagine the sundeck and indoor pool area would be unbearably hot during the summer. The major drawback is its isolation from the Strip, lounges, and restaurants. If you want to walk you need good shoes and no ailments. You'd probably want to bring a big bottle of water if hoofing it during the heat of summer. Cabs to the middle of the Strip will run about 10 to 15 dollars one way and 25 or so to Fremont street one way.
The property does have a bagel shop, subway, and liquor store. There is no casino gaming on the property. The members we stayed with had to attend a members' meeting (sales pitch) for several hours on one of the mornings :(
Overall it's a nice place - just too far from the main action on the Strip to walk to every time.
