Description: Only at SUSHISAMBA will you find a unique blend of Japanese, Brazilian and Peruvian cuisine, music and design. Hearty moquecas and colorful seviches are served alongside more inventive dishes, including Tuna Tataki and Wagyu Gyoza. Complementing the menu are signature cocktails made with exotic spirits such as shochu and cachaca and an acclaimed sake list, as well as wine, beer and champagne. Equal parts imagination and history, the SUSHISAMBA experience is truly unique.

“The BEST dinner in Vegas”
Reviewed January 23, 2013

I was in Vegas for 10 days and Sushi Samba was the best dinner I had during my entire visit. It was expensive, we had 7 people and the chef put together a tasting menu. But perfect mix of sushi and cooked hot food. Everything was absolutely delicious!

“You reviewed the corn? Really...???!!!”
Reviewed January 21, 2013

I love Sushi. The gold standard for me is Tyson Cole's UCHI restaurant in Austin, Texas. Anything else is just fast food. That said, Sushi Samba offers excellent Sushi albeit at Vegas prices. Samba excels at their Peruvian Corn incredibly enough. I'm back home craving it now. Try it, you will return for the corn and pay big bucks for the Sushi! Backasswards I know, but true...

“Thought it would be way better based on these reviews”
Reviewed January 12, 2013 via mobile

Menu was confusing..when waitress explained the different dishes we still were left confused...sushi and rolls were good, but we have had better. Our friends ordered what we thought was a ton of food to sample the different styles offered and it ended up being very small portions. Palazzo had a coupon buy one get one of their specialty drinks free...worst drink I have ever had! All and all, disappointed.

“Innovative, Interesting and Delicious”
Reviewed January 12, 2013

Sushi Samba delivers a unique expression of sushi style cuisine with the infusion of varied flavors that work incredibly well for palate excitement and pleasure. The service is fast and attentive and perhaps a bit peculiar (consistent with the cuisine), but in no way is it inferior. In fact, as each dish is presented, they make a point of clearly describing the dish and identifying every item and nuance. The food quality is excellent with an exceptional essence of clean and fresh. The portions however are quite small, and pricey, hence hungry eaters will rack up a sizable check when tasting through the small plates!
The miso soup was fun as it included a fresh dosage of cilantro however the portion could have easily been tripled. The sushi-rolls were all fun, interesting and tasty with excellent wasabi and a host of creative sauce and dipping options. The yellowtail sashimi was absolutely delicious, but it lacked rice so the 4 pieces of fish had no impact on satiating one’s appetite.
Overall I would recommend the Sushi Samba with a clear message for those with an appetite will need several dishes to be satiated, but the reward is great as there are numerous items that are fun and creative making this a destination to tease and provoke the palate!
