Nice hotel, great location,,,
We stayed for 2 weeks and ate at the Buffet,,, the staff looked like they could no be bothered,,,
Overall, the dining staff were stuck up, we were on holiday and were up for a good time in a nice hotel, but we found the waitressing staff unapproachable and just not interested,,, considering the costs for our stay etc we expected the staff to appear happy!
Our room was nice,,,,,,,
Top tip - Dining at Ceasars Palace was a good experience, and the staff were so helpful and attentive,,,, stay at the Wynn, but eat, shop, bet & tip at the other hotels ; )

We have stayed in many Vegas hotels, and this time divided up our trip by the different ends of the strip. We have stayed at Wynn before, and decided to give Encore a try. I had reserved a king suite using an offer I received, and allowed Martha at the front desk to upgrade us to a Tower Suite. She was very sweet and informative. We were early, so she arranged to text us when the room was ready. I believe it was the same layout we would have had, but the Tower guests have a separate entrance and other perks. I have to say that this suite was actually smaller than the standard resort room at Wynn, and less lavish looking. Housekeeping was wonderful, even replacing used towels after our time at the pool so we had clean ones in the evening. I was pleased to get the same lavish lemongrass citrus amenities I remembered from Wynn.Turn down service, with chocolates and 'good night' card on the bed. Slippers put on either side of the bed. Music turned on. I could get used to that! We came in at 3 one morning and had no problem getting prompt room service. We visited two pools. Both were beautiful and quiet. Just like Wynn, the atmosphere is light and bright and you are surrounded by color. We would return, but I'd go back to the resort room at Wynn.

Room Tip: If you want more overstated glitz, go to Wynn. Encore is more understated elegance.

Found a great deal on King rooms for gals' weekend w/gals not wanting to share room. Not only were rooms near one another…they had adjoining King rooms. Awesome! Spacious rooms w/sitting area, flat screen TV that revolves to face toward sitting area or sleeping area. Excellent service from front desk, housekeeping, restaurants, pool, fitness center and concierge. Excellent restaurant choices in both Encore & Wynn. $25 resort fee almost felt worth it! Favorite dinner was at La Cave (small plates to share, comfy outdoor seating, wine flights), breakfast at Tableau (hidden near the Wynn Suites). Restaurants at Wynn/Encore are pricey but good.

The Wynn and The Encore are both exceptional in every aspect! The rooms are top notch. Amazingly quiet! Everything is geared for your ultimate comfort. The Society Café has the best breakfast ever. The food is top quality and the service is superb. The Casinos at both hotels were a Vegas experience in itself! Air quality is superior and comfortable. The pools were great. Location is great. Service is excellent. Spa is first class. One can't ask for a finer place to stay! We will be back for a third time!

Room Tip: Rooms at The Encore -choose even numbered rooms for a view of the Strip. Lower even numbers on the f...

Always a treat. Beautiful hotel, intimate and comfortable. The staff are friendly and courteous. We always stay here. The proximity to the fashion mall is a really convenient. We check in and leave the car with the valet for 3 days.

I researched hotels for hours and hours before our trip to Vegas for April 12-16, and ultimately decided on the Encore. On check-in, we, of course, were offered an upgrade to the Tower Suites, which we took ($55/night extra with no resort fee netting an incremental $30/night). Being a "hotel snob", I have pretty high standards. Encore surpassed my expectations. What an awesomely nice facility. We loved the room...very clean, comfy bed, marble floors, and beautiful view. The turndown service while we were out for the evening was a nice touch. While we aren't buffet people, we still had to try the buffet. Food was excellent! Breakfasts at Society Café, Tableau, and Terrace Point Café (in Wynn) were so tasty and large enough the lunch wasn't necessary. The only drawback was cost, though. We cant say enough about Wazuzu, though. We decided to stay in-resort for the evening and wanted a casual place that didn't require reservations. It ended up being our favorite dinner for the trip, and that's considering we paid much more at a high-end restaurant the night before. We spent many hours at the pool, and it totally had the feel of a very nice Caribbean resort. Having never been to Vegas before, we ventured out a few times to peruse other hotels on the strip. I feel we made the right choice staying at Encore. For our next trip, I won't have to research properties and will just go to the Encore site to book our rooms. Yes, it was expensive, but it was worth it. It's a top-notched facility.

Room Tip: Our north-facing room 26 stories up provided an excellent view of downtown and was very quiet.
