“Beautiful Hotel and Resort”

I really enjoyed Encore hotel. The suite we booked was beautiful and the views of the city were fantastic! Room service was quick and the room service food quality was great. The hotel has it all no need to go anywhere else. From the great gourmet dining restaurants to the high end stores such as Louis Vuitton and Rolex, this hotel has it all. Casino is top notch, tables were great, not too packed and had an overall good time. I previously stayed at the Bellagio and this hotel blows it away.

Room Tip: The panoramic view rooms are worth the extra price

The Encore is a beautiful hotel. The entire lobby/first floor smells like flowers. Our room had panoramic views of the strip which we thoroughly enjoyed during the day and especially at night. Our room was spectacular. Very well decorated and spacious.

The staff at Encore could have been a bit more helpful and informative. one examlple: We weren't told that we were allowed two water bottles per room. The housekeeping staff was kind enough to bring us water bottles on the first night but then when we requested more the following night, we were transferred to one of the hotels restaurants where we were told we would have to pay for the water bottles. I feel like at a hotel of this cailbur and at the price they charge per room per night, they should be able to afford to give you water bottles. Especially when they themselves advise against drinking the tap water. Another example is that we were informed on our last night while playing slots at the casino about their Red Card. I am not somebody who frequents casinos often so I didn't know that they had a loaylty card. I had asked at the check-in counter of any extras or perks but the man behind the counter said sorry, we have none. On our last night one of the casino employees approached us and told us about the rewards program. Had we known earlier we could've earned two free tickets to their buffet with all the money we played at the casino. That was disappointing.

One other flaw with the hotel is definitely its location. If you are looking to stay at a quiet hotel that is far from all the excitement that is expected in Vegas, then this is the place for you. It was a very far walk everyday from all the other hotels on the strip. Once we got to them, such as MGM, Aria, Caesars etc, we definitely noticed how much more lively those were compared to the Encore.

Our room was great and our view was spectacular! The staff was very mediocre. Next time we are in Vegas we will definitely stay at the other end of the strip where all the action is.

This hotel is the best hotel in Las Vegas. From the moment we walked in we were in love. It is beautifully designed and has such a personal touch that many Las vegas hotels seem to be lacking. We booked a a resort suite orginally. I asked at the check in if there any free upgrades ,she said no but recommeded an upsell to the panoramic suites which are on the highest floors. I think the upsell was around 20 dollars per night and I tell you it was so worth it. Had an amazing view twoards all of las vegas, at night we slept with the curtains open because the view was just so amazing. I love the decor in the room and especially in the hallways and casinos and restaurants. I have seen alot of hotels but this is the first time I saw a hotel with such beautiful architecture and style. We visted almost all the hotels in Las Vegas and everything was very grey and just lacking imangition. We took a shuttle from the airport to our hotel and as we hopped off at the encore the driver even said to us "This hotel was a great choice. Very classy and the best hotel in vegas." In the room there was a remote next to the bed where you could control everything in the room, an Ipod docking station, a small TV in the bathroom, a big TV in front of the bed and a super amazing king size bed.
We ate at "the Buffet" for lunch(AMAZING), had drinks in front of the waterfall (AMAZING), at ate at the frank sintra restrauant (AMAZING).
When we visit Las Vegas again we will be definitly staying at the encore again. I dream about this place ever since I've stayed there.
Thank you Encore for making our Las Vegas expierence unforgettable!!

Room Tip: If possible upgrade to the panorama suites. They are on the higher floors and have amazing views.

We were treated to 2 nights at the Encore by my husbands work when he received an award for his work. We loved our suite, it was new, beautiful and elegant. Room service was quick, polite, and affordable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We have absolutely no complaints and would love to stay again. There were lots of choices for dining, everything from the hotels fine dining to the $2 taco place around the corner and a Denny's.

I'm lucky to be 'local-ish' and take lots of mini-vacations in town and also have training for work here. So, after enjoying Wynn I decided to try Encore. Must say I prefer its neighbor.

The decor here is lovely (red accents give a lush, exotic feel), service was very good as it always has been at Wynn properties and I recommend Encore (I just prefer the softer beiges of Wynn rooms). The Encore rooms are warm with accents of black. My only issue is there were fingerprints on some of the shiny surfaces, they hadn't been wiped down very well. A slight degradation from Wynn next door.

Staff is polite and professional, there are no annoying staff bugging you to buy show tickets and there's security keeping a watchful eye on everything. You feel welcome here and aren't pressured around every corner to buy something.

Tips/advice:

I've seen people complain about resort fees. This is Vegas. Most places have them. If this is a surprise to you, you did not pay attention when you booked.

There are generally no coffee makers in rooms at most Vegas hotels. FYI. Don't bother complaining; they won't change that.

The nightclub noise: Wynn/Encore have clubs and sometimes you hear the bass thumping. They go from 10pm-4am a few nights a week. These are huge money makers for the property; VIP tables range from several hundred to several thousand dollars and its $30 just to get in. Advice: Ask for a quiet location if this is going to bug you. Or, just go and enjoy the DJs. They're certainly not going to quiet the clubs down for a few complaints.

You'll have a great time if you plan well and understand the dynamics of Vegas resorts. This is a city unlike any other. Know that if you book a nicer hotel the things in it (food, drink, etc.) will cost more. Know where you book and what kind of atmosphere it is and nothing should come out and surprise you.

If you're vising Vegas you MUST stay at the Encore (or Wynn) - Best Pool, Best Nightlife, Huge Casino! Everything is brand new, definitely earned its title as a 5 Star Hotel. It may be a short walk away from the 'center' of the Strip but it is definitely worth it.

Room Tip: Resort View - view of the encore beach club & the strip (amazing at night)

Loved the Encore! This is definitely a 5 star hotel. The rooms are amazing, very clean and obviously new. Room service was wonderful and so were the front desk staff and housekeepers. The pools were so much fun, clean and relaxing. The spa is so peaceful, definitely check it out. We had no trouble getting lounge chairs. I have nothing negative to say about this place. I live in California and go to Las Vegas about 2-3 times a year; The Encore has by far been the best hotel I’ve stayed at on the Strip.

Room Tip: Corner suites are larger, make sure you ask for a room with a view of the strip!
