Very good hotel, excellent service and everything designed to relieve of your money. Red loyality card is a must had bill reduced by a third on check out. Rooms of a high standard but stay away from lifts and ground floor if a light sleeper, parties go on till 3 am!!! This hotel is designed for the kids of the rich as alcohol and clubs very expensive. Food in the hotel excellent but again very expensive so rec eating out.

Went to Vegas for my husband's birthday. Booked a panoramic view room on 52nd. floor overlooking the strip for 3 nights.
Room was lovely and clean. Beds comfortable and enjoyed the robes, electric curtains, and sofa/sitting area to sit and enjoy the view. Did not enjoy not having coffee in the room and the $15 per day internet fee. Come on guys...throw in the internet! A bit of a walk or take a taxi to other strip attractions.

Travelling to Vegas for a conference and decided to stay a couple of nights at the Encore as we had never been. We are officially fans.

Checkin took literally two minutes and the front desk staff were polite, helpful, interested and well informed. We had a complimentary upgrade through our Expedia VIP card and it was processed without a hitch. Because of the upgrade we were able to stay in a Panoramic View executive room on the 60th floor.

Unbelievable view, wonderfully luxurious room. Really a privilege to stay there. Elevators are quick and efficient despite the large number of floors and massive number of guests. Decor is lovely, colorful and lush. Entry into the room was breathtaking, the suite was everything we expected it to be and more. Really really comfortable bed and very luxurious linens. Makes you want to buy the linens actually. Everything about the room was spotless, luxurious and extremely well maintained in this fairly new property.

There was a bit of hallway noise as the doors to the rooms are HEAVY, people always seem to forget that someone else is staying in the hotel and let those doors slam. This is not unique to the Encore or Wynn, why do people do that? We did hear deep bass faintly from a nightclub 60 floors below....if you were a VERY light sleeper, it might bother you...didn't bother us much.

In room amenities are extravagant, the minibar is on sensors and you may NOT store your own items in it without cost, so just know that. There is no in room coffee.

Food and beverage opportunities abound. The bar cafe in the main lobby is where you zip down to get your morning coffee. If you don't want to go to the buffet, they also serve breakfast wraps and burritos for about 9 bucks each..big enough to share, made to order, they arrive hot and ready for transport to your room. A decent and cheap-ish morning start.

Other restaurants in the Encore and Wynn complex abound but be warned that nothing is cheap. Period. You may want to go a little farther afield...walk the distance (nearly all inside) to the Venetian complex for a more widespread variety of food and pricing.

The Casino at Encore and Wynn are fun, clean and don't have as much heavy smoking as many others, although it is still there. We found the drinks service at the casinos very good with good quality wines and drinks in good glassware, rather than swill in a small tumbler. A little nicer while you play.

Shopping opportunities abound from the Encore. For high high high end retail, it is all on the Esplanade between the Encore and the Wynn. Just across the street is the Fashion Show Mall with all major retailers under one very large roof. If shopping is your thing, staying at the Encore is Nirvana.

Lastly, we took advantage of the self parking complex. Free, clean, and safe.

We will be back and we have recommended the Wynn and Encore to all our friends.

Room Tip: High floors for spectacular views and the elevators are efficient.

Absolutely beautifully done hotel. Can't think of what you might be missing here. We paid to get a high room overlooking the strip and it was well worth it. The view is dazzling at night. I just wanted to sit and look at it.

Room Tip: Get a high floor with a view of the strip!!!!!

Pros:
- Beautiful hotel with modern and elegant suites
- The view: The panoramic windows overlooking the Vegas strip are absolutely stunning. Ask if an upgrade to a higher floor is available at check-in - We upgraded to the 52nd floor and it was well worth it!

Cons:
- Noise level: Even on the higher floor, you can still hear the music booming from the XS nightclub below. I wouldn't consider it a dealbreaker, unless you are on a lower floor, or a very light sleeper. Keep in mind the club goes on well into the night +3am on weekends.
- Location: Not centrally located on the strip, although this could be good or bad depending on what your plans are. The casinos tended to be quieter and less crowded compared to others.

Tips:
- Look for online codes for package deals. We were able to book a room on a discounted promo rate that included 2 free buffets each day of our stay, and a $25 drink credit. (Although 1 trip to the buffet was enough for us we ended up not using it the other days).
- Also, I would avoid the express check-out and check all the room charges in-person. There were a few errors (including not removing the buffet charge), that is much easier to clear up in person.

This hotel is magical, and so so beautiful! Everything in it is in its best condition and the hallways even are detailed down to the finest elegance!
Huge room with plenty of cool technology (like a tv in the bathroom, remote control curtains and a control next to your bed that lets you do the curtains and all the lights with a touch of a button).
We stayed in the panormaic king suite after paying an extra $20 per night to upgrade - the view was well worth it!!! We stayed on the 60th floor which i think was the 3rd floor from the very top, and they allowed us to check in very early as well!
The bed was the comfiest bed I have ever slept in and the down pillows let your head float down into sleep.
The pool facilities are fantastic as well, and when staying at either the Encore or the Wynn you have access to both their pools. The staff come around and give out free iced grapes, there are plenty of pool lounges so you don't have to compete with anybody. You get given two huge towels when you enter the pool which are very soft, and there are iced water stands everywhere so you don't dehydrate, as well as pool bars and you are able to order drinks from the waitresses that walk around.
All up such an exquisite hotel, and the staff are fantastic and always super helpful!
Oh ad the Wynn buffet is something every single person that goes to las vegas must try! it is so amazing!!
We also saw a show called Le Reve at the Wynn and that was spectacular as well!

Room Tip: If booking online pay for the room under what you want, because they will always offer you a $20 per...

I recently stayed at this hotel while attending a work convention. Check-in didn't take long but the woman that helped us wasn't all that friendly. There was a small problem with our reservation that we got worked out, but I wasn't impressed by the customer service. We booked with a promotional rate, but were charged to upgrade to a view of the strip $30 a night, as well as the $25 resort fee, and additional fees. The promotion included a $50 meal credit that they said would automatically be deducted upon checkout if we charged a meal to our room, but this was not done upon checkout and the fee remained on the bill. I'm sure this could be fixed if a called.
The rooms are GORGEOUS!!! We had a king suite, and I loved the layout. The bathroom is beautiful. I loved the bed and bedding...so comfortable. I loved the view from the 53rd floor (once you get past the empty lot, and the roof tops), but this was my first time to Vegas, so I loved seeing everything.
There was no coffee maker...and for a coffee addict like myself, I was a little surprised to have to go all the way downstairs and pay $5 for an americano. We ate one breakfast at the Society Cafe. For a $17 breakfast of 2 eggs, potatoes, and sausage, I thought is was mediocre at best, and again $5 for an americano, and $4 for a regular cup of coffee (the americano definitely tasted better though) it wasn't amazing. I did love the decor of the Cafe. Overall, I loved the room, but the rest of the hotel experience was just ok.
