Much to my surprise, the lamb burger "Saveur" had a really good taste and was rather juicy. I had opted for the classic American burger, and was disappointed as it was somewhat on the dry side. I guess playing safe lost me a nice meal. We've eaten here before, tried the Kobe beef burger, but were not impressed. The prices have gone up from those posted on the menu that can be downloaded from their web site (now $12.50 and up). "Warning" Burgers do NOT come with a side (fries), just a burger in a basket. The Eiffel Tower of Onion Rings is a decent serving size for the price ($5.50), and can easily be shared by two. If you can't decide on one burger to try, I might suggest you and your dining partner order different selections and sharing half/half. Prices here are typical for burgers throughout the big name casinos in Vegas. Le Burger Brasserie is located in the back hallway between Paris Las Vegas and Bally's. Easy access from Paris LV parking lot.

We had coupons from our hotel. We Had enough of the buffets. I had a nice lamb burger that was very good. With the coupon, it was one of the few things on the Strip that was inexpensive.

Was staying at Ballys and passed this place several times on way to Paris. Decided to eat dinner with my son. Prices are high for what you get, but that's Vegas for ya. The burgers were ok, nothing special really. The ambience is ok, the service was ok. It was just ok. Wouldn't go back though. Too many other places to try.

It's was 10:30pm and we were looking for a quick dinner near the Paris Hotel. The restaurant was almost empty and we just seated ourselves since the hostess was not around. They had 2 for 1 drink specials and numerous burger options. I had the cheeseburger and she had the chicken tenders. Both were average, something we could cook from frozen food buys at SAMS. Nothing special and priced like any other place.

Go place to go if you want to have a drink (2 for 1) and not leave the hotel area. Many better places to eat nearby (eg Sugar Factory).

Will not return in the future.

We had the sliders which were okay, a little dry. The fries were good and we've had the onion tower before which was quite good.
