Much to my surprise, the lamb burger "Saveur" had a really good taste and was rather juicy. I had opted for the classic American burger, and was disappointed as it was somewhat on the dry side. I guess playing safe lost me a nice meal. We've eaten here before, tried the Kobe beef burger, but were not impressed. The prices have gone up from those posted on the menu that can be downloaded from their web site (now $12.50 and up). "Warning" Burgers do NOT come with a side (fries), just a burger in a basket. The Eiffel Tower of Onion Rings is a decent serving size for the price ($5.50), and can easily be shared by two. If you can't decide on one burger to try, I might suggest you and your dining partner order different selections and sharing half/half. Prices here are typical for burgers throughout the big name casinos in Vegas. Le Burger Brasserie is located in the back hallway between Paris Las Vegas and Bally's. Easy access from Paris LV parking lot.
