Tried this restaurant through a travelzoo promo and was not dissappointed. Terrific bread basket to start and also some complimentary sushi (nice touch). Service was good but a little too casual for restaurant prices. The prix fix menu had good selection and good portions. Overall, a nice meal.

Okay, so my husband is a buffet hooker. He will go anywhere for a buffet (and we have) but Simon was a welcome relief from all the Vegas buffet madness. Granted it is not cheap. $40 per person plus $12-$17 for unlimited beer, bloody marys or champagne. The plus side is the relaxed atmosphere - no crowds jostling to get the amazing smoked salmon (sliced to order) - or the made to order sushi which is the best I've tasted (try the house special sesame spicy tuny crunch roll). I loved the fresh juice bar and tried everything - they make all the juices fresh (blueberry, raspberry, strawberry, passion fruit, pomegranate) - I must have had 8 glasses of juice. The waiters were outstanding and will bring you anything you want that isn't on the menu! You can order 10 different entrees (all made to order) and the price is still the same - so for people who want to try the lobster eggs benedict and the french toast and the steak hash and the pork ribs and the jambalaya and the chicken cordon bleu and the margherita pizza (all MADE TO ORDER and FABULOUS) this brunch is stellar. Very relaxing atmosphere, comfortable booths - next to the pool so you can go outside for a break and come back in.

Compared to The Wynn Buffet and Wicked Spoon and Studio B at M Resort - I give my vote to Simon - this has to be the best place in Vegas for Sunday Brunch. Period.
They also have a great $6 Happy Hour Mon - Fri with great apps and cocktails. If
you are staying at the Palms/Palms Place - there is no reason not to go! And if you are staying elsewhere - MAKE RESERVATIONS FOR BRUNCH - you will not be sorry!

This is very innovative ,it feels sexy yet yummy ! The wrap around pool view combines with a super delicious crative menu for brunch that makes me want to return very soon.Graham pancakes with real maple syrup, all you can drink orange juice, fresh banana/nutella made to order crepes, peel and eat shrimp and fresh sushi all actually tasted great together. While finishing off eggs benedict, my mighty leaf tea arrived on schedule. The servers wear pajamas sundays but the vibe is still classy yet super comfortable. The service was great .This is the best bruch I have had in a long time.

If you are staying at the Palms Place this restaurant is close and delicious. The staff is nice, the food is good and comes nicely presented. We ate there twice and both times it was good.

I added the 'h' to "Whaffle" because my waffle was so extra light and fluffy! After a smashing workout at the Drift Spa/Fitness Center, I only had energy to go across the hallway to Simon. It was well after breakfast hours, but the chef was kind enough to make me the breakfast waffle compelete with fresh berries, warm syrup and fresh whipped cream. The meal was superb. The atmosphere was excellent, with its dramatic decor of light woods, massive fireplace and friendly staff. Overlooking the pool is also a nice touch, and the food is simply worth every penny. Great job!
