Owner description: Relive Sin City’s Dark Past You have probably heard the phrase “What happens in Vegas, Stays in Vegas”. Well what happened here all started with the Mob. Join us as we take you back to the 1940’s and travel in time though the 1980’s when the mob’s influence reached its pinnacle. You will visit sites where mob murders, burglaries, a car bombing, and underworld activities occurred. Learn about the ruthless mob enforcers and hear how they operated in the shadows while dodging law enforcement officials. Your evening will begin with a mini-documentary about Las Vegas and the Mafia’s influence on the town. The tour guide will relate stories of how Las Vegas gained the nickname “Sin City” while showing you various locations relating to mob history. Highlights of the tour include the house that was used as a filming location for the classic film “Casino”. Also, you will be taken to an infamous mob hang out where you will enjoy complimentary pizza and more stories from your guide. Visual aids will be shown relating to the stories, including video clips and FBI surveillance photos. The authenticity of this tour is the result of extensive research and firsthand information from our consultants including former FBI special agent Dennis Arnoldy, author/mob historian Dennis Griffen, and ex-mob hit-man Frank Cullotta. Documentaries, newspaper clips, books, and interviews were used as well. On your next visit to this historic city there is a unique and memorable experience waiting for you. Journey into our dark and mysterious side and let us “create adventure” for you and your friends.

“Very informative and entertaining!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 27, 2012

My husband and I went on this tour and it was very informative and entertaining! It was fun to learn about the history of organized crime and the influence on Las Vegas. It was fun to see the various sites where some exciting things happened. It was also fun to learn more about some of the Mob members. It was interesting to find out that much of the movie "Casino" is true and to visit some of the filming sites and get some "behind the scenes" info on that. Our tour guide was awesome!! He was very dynamic and engaging and so knowledgeable!! I loved the stories and it was a lot of fun!

“A Great Trip Back In Time To The Mobs Glory Days In Vegas”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 8, 2012

It was a great experiance with great tour guides and staff. It was about 2 and half hrs well worth the reasonable fee. Also you can sometimes pic up discount coupons for this attraction in Vegas magazines and coupon books. They take you to where the Mob members hung out, the old hotels, and they cover the true story of the great movie Casino !! You will see where the movie was filmed at on location at the actual house, Where Frank "Lefty'Rothstein lived, even the exact parking stall where his caddy was car bombed at the start of the movie Casino. You might see ex Gangster Frank Cullota jump on the tour bus and he lived the life many years and was a member of Tony "The Ant" Spillotros famous Hole In The wall Gang. See where the Mob Lived, Eat, and Murdered in Vegas. The tour guide we had Bobby was his name from Chicago,, I loved the tour so much in a few years when Bobby gets too old they will put him on the shelf, haha sorry Bob, and I will take his tour guide place. But seriously if your a mafia film buff or Vegas true crime do not miss this tour!!

“boring”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 12, 2012

I had no idea Las Vegas mobsters were so boring. At best, you will find out how they dressed from some really poor pictures but , unfortunately, they didn't dress all that well. No wonder there were some many murders!

“It was okay”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 21, 2011

I used groupon so it was worth the money. The guide seemed very knowledgeable about the Chicago mob, but apparently there was very little NY influence in Vegas.
