“Relaxing Resort”
Reviewed September 30, 2012

This was our first stay at the WorldMark, it is a very nice resort. We had another couple with us, we stayed in a two bedroom unit, full kitchen, living room and dining room, one full bath and master had a 3pc. ensuite. We had a huge balcony equiped with a dining table and chairs and an electric BBQ which we did use. Anything we needed the staff was there immediately to fix or bring it, the unit was very clean, the beds were comfortable, the pillows were okay but pillows are never the same for everyone. The lazy river was nice, although one day we were out there the maintenance people were so noisy we couldn't hear ourselves think. They had the other pool areas closed off for maintenance so the lazy river was crowded at times but managable.
The Resort is quite a ways off the strip but there is a shuttle that runs hourly, we did get a rental car mid week for some out of town sightseeing but still it was managable also.
My biggest problem was there was no restaurant, after a long hot day on the strip we either had to make dinner or find something or somewhere to eat, and have a cold beer, none of which are available on site, sad.

Room Tip: Try to get a room facing the pool area.

This vacation rental has beautiful landscaping and pools. The lazy pool is extremely refreshing and relaxing, could float for hours on end. We went with a few friends and shared a two bedroom. The rental is very open and spacy. It also had a patio and a bbq, the inside had a fireplace. The kitchen was pretty big and nice. Our rental had one bedroom that had a king size bed and the other room had two twins. When we arrived, we asked if there was any two bedrooms with two king sized beds. They didn’t have one for us. The helped us out by putting the twin bed together. The beds were not very comfortable at all. We decided to go to their seminar to see what they had to offer. The staff said we would get breakfast and listen to their speech for approximately 45 mins. Three hours later, my friends were extremely upset because they wouldn’t let them go. They ended up with $100 in vouchers for food or gambling. We also received the same offer. I don’t think it was work 3 hrs of our vacation. We will never do that again!!
Over all this is a very nice vacation rental.

Hotel staff was super friendly answered all my questions. My room was a two bed room with a murphys bed So we had 1 king size bed in one room 1 queen size bed in the second bedroom and the murphys bed was 1 queen size bed. The room had two full bathrooms kitchen table for 6 and a full kitchen. Our room was very clean the hotel is well kept landscape and pools everything was clean and up to date. They have a shuttle that will take you to the strip it drops you off behind Ceasar's palace and runs every hour. The hotel provides towels for swimming. This hotel is very close to the Outlets Coach Nike etc the outlet is about 2 miles from the hotel we walked there it was a long walk the shuttle will only take you to the strip a cab ride to the Outlets is about 9.00 a cab ride to the strip is about 25.00 Over all I had a great time.

For Worldmark/Wyndam timeshare owners or guests, there are three properties to choose from in Las Vegas. One is right on the strip, one is on Spencer Street and this one is further down the Strip .. and that is why we chose it. We were able to check in early with a choice between two units ... we were shown both units on the property map and were allowed to choose between them. Otherwise, we could have waited until the regular check in time of 4 pm .. we chose a unit in Building 2 on the 3rd floor, overlooking the adult pool area ... we were very pleased with the unit in every way ... cleanliness, location, comfort.
Perhaps because we are owners of Worldmark/Wyndam ... and have been since 1995 .. we are more understanding of the timeshare process. We were never treated rudely and got very good service as we needed or wanted it. The Concierge was especially helpful with restaurant suggestions and told us she would be happy to help us again, in advance, if we would be coming back. Frankly, I think you are treated the way you treat people ... and I will leave it at that!
There is a free shuttle that leaves hourly, up to 12:30 AM .. goes to Caesar's Palace, which is centrally located. We did not use it because we had our own car and wanted to explore.
Nice that they have a spa on property and I hope to use it next time. Also having a Starbucks made him very happy.
We will be back ... this was an enjoyable experience all around.

Rude staff, dirty room, broken appliances, housekeeping trying to bust into the room unannounced (a "mistake" I'm sure), and their water heater busted leaving us without hot water for two days. And, the place is way, way off the Strip, so you HAVE to have a rental car to go back and forth. I will say that the winding pool is nice and the place is generally quiet, but that doesn't make up for the poor service in other areas. I would NEVER consider buying a timeshare here.

Room Tip: Top floor only.

Rude staff who barely wanted to check you in. Although we are an Elite member. You would think they would want to assist after the amount of money we have paid. I have been a member for ten plus years and now are considering to cancel. We unexpectedly had to leave three days early due to some work issues, and they are refusing to refund us the 4000 credits that will go unused by us. We asked if we could find out where our room was....no we have no idea. Can we check our bags until our room is ready.....they let them sit there for twenty plus minutes....I walked up to my bag and put something inside....no one noticed.....finally I had to go complain and asked that they store my bags immediately as I would not leave until they did. Basically $1100 for a four night stay five miles fom the strip with a shuttle that runs once an hour and bad customer service!? I could have stayed at The Bellagio and been treated correctly.....for a cheaper price!?!
