Come enjoy our cozy fireplace during the winter and our outdoor patio seating during the summer. Our specialty is seafood, however we have something for everyone! We serve wild salmon from the Copper River in Alaska. A customer favorite is our Wild Thai Seafood soup. If you're not in the mood for fish, we also have a wide variety of other options including sandwiches, tacos, wraps and entrees. Try our teriyaki rice bowls or thai curry made with your choice of seafood, meat or make it vegetarian. Also, be sure to stop by our Happy Hours. That's right; two Happy Hours! Enjoy drink specials and specially priced menu items during our traditional Happy Hour from 3 to 6 p.m. Then come back for more drink specials from 9 to 10 p.m.

“Great food and beer”
Reviewed July 20, 2012 via mobile

My family and I are on day six in Tahoe and finally found the locally owNed restaurant that does it right. It was tough to find but once we did we really enjoyed it. The beers were great and only three bucks at happy hour. I loved the crab and artichoKe melt. The place is small but really good. We didn't get the salmon but may go back tonight.

“Excellent fish”
Reviewed July 18, 2012

Wild Alaskan has been a favorite lunch place for us since it opened years ago in a prior, small location with lines out the door. Try the ahi tacos and Thai fish soup.

“Not Wild about Wild Alaskan”
Reviewed July 15, 2012

Gave this place a try based on the average reviews and was greatly disappointed. Copper River Salmon had to be frozen because the season is short so a friend and I each ordered the Appetizer Sampler Tray which consists of:
Garlic Shrimp which had an odd lingering taste; too much garlic (they may have used garlic powder) and no "bite" to the shrimp; kind of soft bordering on mushy.
Seared Ahi Tuna which had no flavor at all; it acted as the carrier of the dipping sauces
Chicken Apple Sausage which we request not to be served, so they gave us a little more Ahi.
Stuffed Mushrooms which weren't bad but not great.
My husband ordered Salmon Cakes which he thought were good because it wasn't all filler and everyone who tasted the Clam Chowder thought it could have used some butter and freshly ground pepper. I would not chance going here again.

“Love their food”
Reviewed July 4, 2012

You must try this restaurant. Quality seafood not very cheap but so worth it. Service is quick and friendly. Their famous Thai seafood soup has coconut milk ( which I don't eat) but when I tasted it I loved it. It is a bit spicy though. The stuffed mushroom appetizer is a must try too. We had the teriyaki bowls and it was a bit dry but the seafood in it where wonderful.

“Yes, it is a little wild, but certainly fun”
Reviewed June 28, 2012

By chance we had lunch in this outwardly modest restaurant tucked into a corner in a shopping area in Incline Village, but were really glad we did. The blackened salmon that I had and the tai curry with tofu that my partner chose were both great. The beer list was impenetrable for us, since it seemed to be all specialty brews. The waitress recommended Great White and promised to take it back if we did not like it, but it too was a hit. Decor is raw and funky - squint your eyes and you could really believe you were in Alaska. Prices VERY reasonable for the normally pricey Incline Village area. Although there is outside seating, don't expect to be impressed by the view of the parking lot. But there are lots of other places to get good views in North Tahoe.
