I used to live in the Midwest, where they do awesome Tex-Mex, so the bar was high. Even in Virginia, where I live now, there are much better places to get Mexican. So here goes:
Pros: waitress was pretty good, portions are huge, prices are reasonable.
Cons: food was gross. I had enchiladas and an a la carte chile relleno. They were swimming in grease and the cheese had this weird slimy texture and slightly off flavor. Chile relleno was not breaded and fried, just stuffed with cheese. The cheese dip had the look and texture of Velveeta with Rotel mixed in. My husband's chimis were mushy.
MUCH better choices in or near Incline Village.
