I like the food, the service and the eclectic wine list. Plus they let you order a "taste", a "glass" or a "carafe" (2/3 bottle) of wine. Kind of nice system they have going! Please don't be on a diet when you come here though....

“Bite night!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 2, 2014

I don't know what many people expect when they eat out in the States so may complain about prices! You are not eating in your own kitchen, and people are trying to run a business and stay open! They have food/staff/rent and overheads - and sorry a profit - which seems to be forgotten - get real please or shop/cook/clean up yourselves ay home. Would you rather these assets too your areas went broke?
We happened upon this gem and the ambience was pleasant on a quiet Sunday in a poor Tahoe ski season. The small plates start at $5!!!!!! for 4 items - up to $18 for filet! Everything we tried was really delicious, well presented, and very good value for what we had. Loved the scallops and the duck sliders. The wines began at $25 per bottle but they have tastes/glasses/carafes too. Our server was great and there was another girl who had the tables cleaned and reset before you could blink.
We are planning our return before we leave!

“Small Plate Delight”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 28, 2014

Met a friend for snacks and wine.....menu is fabulous and wine selection is great. Everything totally fresh, wonderful flavor. We had 4 plates and it was plenty with wine. Price worth the outstanding food; did not feel overcharged at all. Service timely. Atmosphere very alive, a really fun place to be!

“Great place”

The Chinese chicken salad was amazing as well as the tomato salad. Can't recommend the empanadas but the goat cheese sliders rule.

“Small Plates/Tapas style”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 19, 2013 via mobile

We are locals and don't eat out in our town of Incline Village very often, mainly because all restaurants here are too expensive. But we have eaten here often and then wonder why. This night we had a $100.00 gift card to use. Four of us ate here last night for a Christmas outing. We ordered 7 menu items: fries and a salad to share, and 5 other small plates with four pieces on each. It was not a lot of food, not even two plates a piece.

The lamb meatballs, mahi tacos, and ribs were excellent, scallops were over cooked. The Asian chicken salad was unimpressive. We were satisfied but not full!

The dining room was very noisy and it wasn't a busy holiday week end night. During holidays it is worse.

Including a moderately priced bottle of wine our $100.00 gift card was not enough. Too expensive for not much food albeit some of it is very good.
