We stayed in a suite and it was very nice. The welcome basket of munchies was unexpected and appreciated. We are both bad with names, but really wish we could remember those who served us because they ALL were excellent and VERY friendly. EVERY employee of your hotel was extra courteous, friendly, and accommodating and we haven't experienced that anywhere else we have stayed.

We LOVED the food at Sonoma Cellar and the service was great also. The Grand Cafe for breakfast and Guadalajara for the chips and salsa bar and dinner - all get A++ from us. And the .99 margaritas were a bonus!! We have been to Las Vegas many times before and have always stayed on the strip, but this time we tried something different and stayed at Sunset Station. Sunset Station offers the same Las Vegas experience but with a much more personal touch!!

Booked my vacation package through Hotwire.com. It appeared to be a great deal to get this hotel because it's sooo clean and well layed out. It wasn't until we tried to get the free breakfast that came along with the room is where we hit a snag. The hotel had no problems taking the reservations (room and including the breakfast every morning) but it wasn' t till after we checked in, they said they wouldn't honor it and that it was Hotwire's problem and not theirs to solve the problem (bad attitude on hotel management). They also hit us for a service fee of $16.94 plus tax when it was advertised as being $14.99 plus tax per night and wasn't sure what we got for this extra charge, except bad service. I would definitely have concerns in staying at this hotel again.

A leather bag containing jewlery was stolen from my room (#922). The
jewlery in the bag was not expensive, but very special and not replaceable.
Upon realizeing the missing items the next day, I contacted the Sunset Station.
I was directed to the security and housekeeping departments. Neither department
assisted me in a professional manner. At no time did either department ask me
for my contact information in case of future return. Housekeeping actually 'stammered'
when I asked (second phone call) if they had looked in the room for the bag, saying
that they had. There is NO QUESTION that it was stolen from my room.

We travel to Vegas several times a year for pleasure. We travel and gamble with a low budget and the Station Casinos are a big help. Sunset is our favorite place to relax and gamble. They have the friendliest dealers and staff. The comps are excellent, just ask and they almost always take care of us. It is less smokey than the strip casinos and you can always get on a $5 table. It is only 20 minutes from just about anywhere in Vegas and well worth the visit. Good food, good fun and nice rooms. Enjoy, go to Sunset!

Rooms were updated and clean especially for an older property. Amenities at this location were many. Lots of restaurants and activities. Players club gave great discounts. Would stay there again.

We stay at Sunset Station whenever we want to spend a few days in Las Vegas which is usually several times a year. Although the decor of the hotel may be a little outdated, it is very clean and comfortable. There is a wonderful variety of restaurants on site. The food is good, prices reasonable and friendly service. They have a movie theater, bowling alley, large pool area and nice casino within the hotel. There are also many restaurants and shopping available in walking distance of the hotel. If you choose to spend some time on the Las Vegas strip, it is maybe a 15 minute drive. We always look forward to our stays at Sunset Station.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sunset Station Hotel and Casino. The location is terrific in Henderson NV. Several restaurants and shopping very close. You are away from the hustle and bustle of Las Vegas Blvd and yet just minutes to enjoy if you wish.
