“Great time!”
Reviewed May 14, 2011

Had a great stay at Fiesta Henderson, the front desk agents were very professional and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. My room rate was reasonable. We ate at Fuego Steakhouse for dinner and had Prime Rib for $14.99! Great values everywhere at this place

Easy access to the Airport, Shopping and the Strip. Self-contained with several restaurants including a Denny's and a Starbuck's, a multi-screen movie theater, outside pool and of course the casino. Room was clean and quiet enough but did not have a coffee maker and the ironing board left something to be desired. The $11 (tax included) 'resort fee' included internet access, unlimited local and long distance, pool use, yadda, yadda, yadda and when added to the daily room rate wouldn't put the room over most family's budgets. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, the staff at Denny's was great and the pool was clean and quiet. Parking is plentiful and free. The overall decor of the hotel is a little dated, but hey, who cares? It was clean and bedbug free. When I turned out the lights at night it looked like every other hotel I have ever stayed in: dark. For the money the Fiesta gets four stars from me. I'm easy to please and everyone I met was helpful and friendly.

I planned to stay at this hotel for three days; I checked out the same day I checked in. The hotel checked in a bunch of kids who were chaperoned by idiots. From the moment they checked in till I checked out at, they were slamming doors, yelling at the top of their lungs and banging on the hallway walls. I called the front desk twice complaining and nothing came of it. I asked for another room and was told no. Another quirky thing about this hotel is the resort fee, when you look at the advertised price its 9.99 then they charge you 11.99 when you check in. I’m not looking forward to my credit card bill because I know it’s going to be wrong. I will never consider this hotel again.

The /fuesta is easy to get to, close to shopping and friends, and if you don't want to leave the hotel, there is plenty to do and a fairly good selection of places to eat.

Big numbers on web site show deposit rates for rooms; after making a reservation they add a $9.99 "amenity fee" and you must pay it. What other hotels charge for a room is called a "deposit" here. The deposit is non-refundable. Credit card company says "read the fine print next time." We got cheated when we made the reservation, so we'll be on guard for further thievery when we arrive.

Hidden fees galore. They have a $12 daily service fee on top of their normal fee and the hotel has nothing in it. It is also empty because no one goes there and there is few options as far as food because it is so far from everything else.

This place reminded me of the old school Vegas that has long ago died. The rooms were basic, but were of a good size and clean. The linens and towels were thread bare. The staff was extremely friendly. The hotel charges a resort fee (which included internet access), which I hate, but it didn't seem so painful since the room was free. The Regal theater in the hotel was nice. The best deal was the buffet. It was super cheap and really good. It had something for everyone in the family and was cheaper than eating in the food court. Overall, this hotel served its purpose. It was a cheap place to stay near Las Vegas while visiting family.
