“Fun executive course in Henderson”
Reviewed August 30, 2012

A great little course tucked away in the back of Green Valley, this course offers a little something for everyone. Most holes are short, being an executive course, which is great for the first time golfer or someone looking to practice their short game. The best part about this course is during the summer time, it's fairly inexpensive to play and it's close to where I live (which is a plus for me).

Occasionally you get some old folks who play in a weekly 9-hole tourney and the course marshall will kick you off. Granted, they do give you plenty of warning which is cool but you will have to drive back to where you left off when they are done.

“Want a Fantastic Day of Golf?”
Reviewed March 29, 2012

The following is the best way to have a day of Fun at Southern Nevada’s most challenging executive golf course:
Plan on having Breakfast with Elizabeth and the other fabulous waitresses in the Willows Restaurant. Elizabeth is exceptional. The service is beautiful and the food is always delicious.
After a De-lightful breakfast check-in with Josette at the pro Shop. Actually all the staff are spot on, but Josette is special.
Then get your cart and see the starter, a great bunch of guys.
Now you are off to a very challenging yet enjoyable game of golf. Most of the holes have subtle greens and tricky greenside contouring. Some holes are quite intimidating and a few holes require a decent drive. No matter what after eight years I have always had a blast playing Desert Willows and hope you do too.
Don't forget lunch with Elizabeth and her cohorts is a great way to end a fantastic day!
