So many different foods, desserts, drinks, bread, & even saw someone checking temperatures of dishes for accuracy. How safe & great is that?

Thank Annette B

The lunch buffet was ok, not sure if worth the trip off the strip however.. The food seemed very generic in taste, nothing unique to me.. The dessert sections were same as you would see at other places, they did have a nice selection of gelato and sorbets, also a coffee bar right there..

Thank Leslie D

My BH and myself enjoyed a wonderful dinner with wine (you may select beer as well) at the Studio B Buffet inside the M Resort. The atmosphere was much nicer than other buffets we have visited in Las Vegas. There was an excellent selection of diverse foods, the restaurant was clean and the food was fresh and presented very nicely. Having the option of beer or wine is a very nice addition to a lovely buffet. We will be back.

We have done this buffet several times and usually there is a wait but went there October 1 and no line and seated right away. Included are draft beers, wines and hard cider. Also Espresso or Cappuccino in the dessert area. There is a wide variety and something to satisfy everyone. Desserts are extra special gelato and sorbetto, crepes w/whipped cream, crème Brule, and on and on. It's worth the drive if you are not staying at the hotel. We had breakfast somewhere else, not a buffet and with coffee and juice paid as much as the lunch buffet price. Haven't tried the dinners or brunch so not sure it is worth the extra money

We took a large party (9 people) before dinner rush thinking that we would be seated without any wait on a Thursday evening. However, due to lack of service staff, they made us waiting for a significant amount of time until we complained pretty loudly about our wait. Within few minutes, they opened up another section for us and several other parties (others parties thanked us). Things got better from there on. Food was great! Jeff (carving stations) was the MAN! He had the biggest smile and friendly service that I didn't see with other staff at the restaurant. I guess you don't go to a buffet for a service but it was great to see. Their prime rib, sashimi salad and clam/mussels were more than enough to satisfy all of us. Did I mention that they also offer free beer and wine?
