We chose to go here because the food sounded good on the flyer, the price was reasonable w/unlimited Mimosas and you could get a reservation for the buffet, i.e., less crowded. The view was spectacular but because we were a larger party (7), we had to sit in the banquet room not the dining room We thought the food was only OK. The cold food was limited with only one pre-made salad. Fresh fruit and shrimp were good but the smoked salmon should have been cut in smaller portions served with more capers and onions; the whipped cream cheese would have been easier served with a knife, not a large spoon. Bagels were hard. Hot food was all cold even when tray just brought out. Crab cakes were good but at an inch and a half round, very small with flavorless sauce. Cheese tortellini were tasteless and dry, reminiscent of a Costco product. Stuffed Pork Loin was delicious but again, cold. Desserts all looked good but not one real homemade pie, cobbler or cheesecake. The chocolate mousse w/Carmel topping was the most flavorful item. The rest seemed store bought and commercial, not what I was expecting from a great Italian restaurant. No Tiri Misu? Overall, as connoisseurs of great food, it was disappointing. Won't be returning here soon. Sorry.
