“Really interesting museum”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 23, 2013

We learned a lot about early (meaning mid-19th century) Nevada in this museum, and appreciated the friendliness of the gift shop staff. We particularly enjoyed the haunted room upstairs, the re-created courtroom, the old jail cell area, and the Pony Express display.

“Little but Wonderful!!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 29, 2012

This little museum was so great and is definitely worth a visit!
There's a great display about the Pony Express.
Enjoyed learning about John A. Thompson "Snowshoe". What a hero.
The Candy Dance was an inspirational idea in the day.
Stop for a visit. You will learn a lot!
