“a good place to stay, and a great value”
Reviewed October 17, 2012

I stayed here for 7 nights and recommend the place highly. My room was clean and quiet, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The cost was very reasonable. I have stayed in more expensive places which were indeed a bit fancier in their decor, but the difference is not worth the extra money in my opinion. Furthermore I noticed that the manager had a lot of return business and friendly personal connections with these regular visitors...that's a good sign.

If I return to Fallon I will stay here again.

This hotel is the best deal in Fallon. For half the price of other high end (for Fallon) hotels, you get a clean, comfortable room. Granted, it is worn around the edges and stained here and there. The man at the front desk was the friendliest and kindest I have ever experienced. Internet is wireless, fast, and with a strong signal. Breakfast is minimal, as with most places. Service was superb - 10 minutes after I checked out and drve away, they called to tell me I had left my phone charger in my room. I will stay here again and will pass on the better-known chain next door.

Since we had a pet we thought we would try Americas best value, mainly because of the price.
We should have spent $30 more and stayed somewhere else. The room was in overall poor condition. The tv blew a picture tube, paint was peeling off the walls in the bathroom, the deadbolt didn`t work and you could see through the towels. We couldn`t get out of there fast enough the next morning. Maybe for $50 it works for some but not for us.

Very easy to locate on the main Reno to Las Vegas highway. Be careful, it's very easy to confuse this motel with it's immediate next door neighbor-Best western-. Desk clerk was very helpful and room was large and comfortable.Located within walking distance to a number of Casino's with good restaurants' and with a continental breakfast provided, you could do a lot worse.

A clean and comfortable hotel for a reasonable price. Breakfast was pretty limited, but the staff was quite friendly and attentive. Fallon is a nice little town with plenty of amenities. The manager (?owner) was especially friendly, as was his family who helped run the place.

This is a very nice place to stay. You can find nicer places to stay, but not for anywhere near this price. Rooms are simple but nicely done, a small fridge and microwave are in all the rooms, the beds and pillows are comfortable, and everything is very clean. On top of that, management is very friendly and really looks to make sure your stay is enjoyable.

I've stayed at America's Best Value Inns in small towns across the country, out of necessity, and usually found them to be less than stellar. The America's Best Value in Fallon is the welcome (and welcoming) exception.

My non-smoking 2-queen room was really a suite, complete with microwave and fridge, which are two features more important to me than turndown service or a mint on my pillow will ever be. That being said, there was indeed a welcome bag filled with bottled water and cookies. Oh, and a toiletry basket including a toothbrush and razor. I didn't need it, but it was nice to know it was there. Again, these are touches I just don't expect from an America's Best Value Inn.

The hotel is centrally located, plenty of restaurants, casinos etc. and a supermarket within a block. Internet is fast, traffic noise is nonexistent despite the hotel's location.

And the price was amazing. The innkeeper, Divyesh (who appears to live on the premises with his family) is warm, friendly, and a great conversationalist, the kind of American we need more of. He called to ensure I was enjoying the room, a simple little touch that makes a difference. His pride in the cleanliness of the place is palpable. If that and convenience are important to you, this is the place to stay in Fallon.
