These folks were the outfitters we used for equipment and shuttle to explore the Niobrara. They were very helpful and personable to work with, and there was even a Labrador that rode with us to the access point.

I'm not sure what the other outfitters are like. This one, well they were 30 minutes picking us up, tried to put too many people and supplies in a van, van needed to be retired and some life preservers were ripped and missing straps.

Back in the day I shuttled my own tubes to the river, then shuttled a vehicle down to our stopping point for our drive back, then drove back to our starting point to get on the river. No more of that nonsense. This company makes it all very easy. The river itself is still beautiful and the water is generally warm. Make sure to stop and see the tallest waterfall in the state, Smith Falls. Just a short walk up a well maintained trail. We had fun without all the hassle of hauling tubes and such. So much better than back in the day !

We went tubing with this company-a group of eight. The staff was very nice and helpful-answered all our questions. My only complaint was that the driver of the van to take us back to town lit up a cigarette with asking if it was ok. Someone said something and he put it out. The river was clean and the waterfalls were beautiful. Great for families!

Picked up and dropped off at our motel. 30 minute ride out and back from the river was not bad. Be sure and take a cooler with some drinks and food with you. Sunscreen would be needed. Overall the tube ride down the river was quiet and peaceful and we enjoyed it. The staff at Brewers was very helpful when checking in and the 2 who gave us a ride out and back.
