On this leg of our road trip in mid-June, we were looking for a hotel in Wyoming. We hadn't made any reservations and were shocked to find that all the hotels for miles were booked. We decided to venture further into Nebraska and finally found a room at this Motel 6. They were in the process of renovating and we stayed in one of their recently renovate rooms. It was nice-looking and very clean, though the hallway looked dingy. The staff were polite and informative, and we were happy with the room.

Room Tip: Make sure you get one of the renovated rooms.

Travelers beware, hotels in Scottsbluff totally sell out and book up even on weeknights! We got stuck here on a three day trip without being able to get a hotel room at the Marriot on the first night and had to stay at the Motel 6, as all other options were booked. The staff and owners were nice and see to be changing the place around. The indoor pool was nice but closed until the state gave them their permit. The rooms were very, very basic and about what you expect for a Motel 6. Super noisy place outside and in the hallway, but we did not hear too much inside the room. It seemed a little scary at first, but ended up being an okay night stay. Don't expect the ritz and it is a step down from the Marriot or Holiday Inn. However, I would not be afraid to stay here and the price is cheap. No complementary breakfast either. The owners were nice and changed our rooms from an outside room to one inside because of people coming in and out of the hallways.

Thank you for staying with us. We offer clean, comfortable, affordable room and great customer service. Our pool is now open for our guests to enjoy. We are sorry for the noise in the hallway. We are not Ritz or Marriott, but our customer service is top notch. See you soon. Safe travels.

We were driving to Denver, Co for a birthday party and stopped at Motel 6 in Scottsbluff for the night. The staff is very welcoming and the service was excellent. They make sure your stay is pleasant. The room was very nice and clean. We've been to other hotels and this one was very nice compared to the other ones we have been to on our trip. I wish they had a hot tub, but other than that the place was great! We enjoyed every minute we spent at the motel and definitely will be back again when we drive back home.

Really nice motel and has affordable prices. Although they have a good size pool wish they also had a hot tub. Enjoyed my stay there and the rooms look amazing and are comfortable as well. Will definitely be going back there!

We knew we would arrive in Scott's Bluff late and were just looking for a safe place to get a good nights sleep. This fit the bill. The hotel is under renovation so the halls and common areas are a bit of a mess. The room itself was totally remodeled- Comfy king bed, flat screen and a fridge. The rooms at Motel 6s are pretty standard and this one was one of the better I have stayed. If you just need a place to sleep, this is it. I think once they get the renovations done to the pool, etc, it will be very nice

Actually once in the room, the room had been retrofitted and was mostly good. BUT the rest of the property is a disaster, inside and out. Filthy...never anyone at front desk and if you dial 0 for help whoever answers "knows nothing" "haven't been working that long". Definitely not worth of Motel 6 or the rate they were charging ($50 +tax).

Room Tip: Go somewhere else until they get done remodeling or whatever they are doing.

Thank you for your review and staying with us. We are glad that you liked our remodeled rooms. We are extremely sorry for the mess. Renovating is a messy process. All our staff is new and are getting to know the area slowly. Thanks again.

After reading other peoples reviews of this place, I cant help think that they actually stayed somewhere else...This used to be the Days inn...The trucking company I drive for is in Scottsbluff...I usually stay at the Super8. i saw the sign across the street for the now motel 6 for a rate of $39.99..so i decided to stay there....It was still being remodeled at that time, and really shouldnt have been open for business yet, but I tried it...it wasnt very clean of course, due to the construction..you couldnt take a shower, because at any given time, the water would come out SCALDING hot..not just once, but many times..I was not happy..I complained...they said it had never happened before..yea, right......THEN, I woke up the next morning, my right arm was itching and VERY swollen, with a big BITE mark right in the middle of it...it was a spider bite...in a few hours it was swollen beyond belief....I showed the owners the bite and the red marks from the hot water....They didnt speak much english, but I got the jist of it that they weren't gonna do anything about it.....They offered me a free room for the next night...Youve got to be kidding, right? Im not gonna stay here EVER again...I packed my stuff and went across the street to the Super 8....ended up going to the clinic for my arm, as the bite wouldnt drain, but luckily it went on a workmans comp claim, since I was there for my job..DONT STAY HERE

Thank you for your review. Sorry for your bad experience but it looks like you stayed at other motel or before new owners took over. We never had a $39.99 sign on our building. Its been under renovations for few months now. Please visit us so we can show you our renovated rooms.
