We love to walk there in the summer when we go to visit Nebraska City. It has a great park for children and is absolutely beautiful in the summer. The house has a tour which is something fun to do. Its fun for everyone. Its a nice thing to go once or twice if you are on vacation. Great for taking pictures! Overall a fun place.

The Morton family home was established when there wasn't anything in the west except indians. The phrase "go west, young man" was right on for the Mortons. A real diamond in the "frontier"

A great place to take the family. Close to the Arbor day Farm and also the Lied Lodge. Right off old Hwy #2 and a nice break from a long trip or just an outing for the day if you are in the area.

There are those places that are a must see on an historical basis and for our area this is one of those attractions. Nicely maintained.
