We enjoyed the tapa style food very much. The three of us ordered 5 tapas which was plenty. Great service. Our first duck confit...outrageous. Scallops were cooked perfectly. Brussels sprouts were my wife and daughter's favorite. Lots of unique and tasty food!

The chefs at Sebastian's Table are true artists of taste. Their tapas plates are served rapidly, and artfully, with a true attention to the details of flavor, texture, aroma, and appearance. You will find yourself marveling at the quality and anxiously awaiting the next plate - and you won't wait long as their service is exceptionally fast - but we never felt hurried. A nice dining pace.

Our evening started with two cold plates - Beets and Apples (a crisp, flavorful salad of feta, toasted hazelnuts, and beet gastrique) and Chickpea and Spinach Salad (a less flavorful, but still delightful, fresh option with apple cider vinaigrette, mint, and tomatoes).

The hot plates were the highlight. We chose their nearly famous Hazlenut Brussels Sprouts and discovered the reason for the fame of this plate. Easily the best prepared Brussels Sprouts I've ever enjoyed. We added Bone Marrow Brisket, Seared Scallops, Risotto Espanola, Skewered Duck, and Sherry Mushrooms. Favorites of our four-top were the Sherry Mushrooms, Skewered Duck, and Seared Scallops. But all of the plates were excellent.

Our evening ended with a rich, moist Tres Leches Cake, a plate of gluten free Chocolate Torte, and double espresso. They didn't offer coffee. The espresso was just OK, not equal to the standards of their food.

Servers were knowledgeable, attentive, and quick. The atmosphere in the lower level and the area just above the entrance is first rate, very urban, and chic. Towards the rear of the second level (where we were seated) the interior loses some of the street-side appeal and aura - call it ordinary.

Overall, a very good dining experience. Our dinner for four, with sangria, eight plates, two desserts, espresso, and tip was $133, an excellent value. I'm looking forward my next visit.

Delicious sangria and other drinks, excellent beef dish and friendly, helpful customer service. Can't wait to go back!

Definitely pricey but food was delicious. Tried the cheese dip, green beans, potatoes and risotto with chicken, chorizo, scallops and shrimp.

Dishes were 5 star, but size and price would be 3/5. Service while friendly was lacking as our waitress didn't come back to our table very often. Thankfully there were a few other staff that filled in.

Romantic. Lincoln should be proud to have a place like this.
