“Wow!”
Reviewed July 29, 2013

I had never been there until I took my vehicle-knowledgeable 14-year-old grandson. I kept shaking my head. There is "eye-candy" everywhere -- in the form of cars, racers, motors, peddle cars, models. The tours are offered on a very limited basis, though that may change with a couple of years. The tour is 2.5 hours of being on your feet.

“More than cars at the Museum of American Speed!”
Reviewed July 29, 2013

The museum is spacious and beautiful with well thought out and executed exhibits featuring cool cars and motorcycles. In addition to vehicles, there are child sized cars and more lunch boxes than I've seen in my lifetime! There is a lot of walking as there are 3 floors of exhibits. I would not recommend taking young children. Great for car and vintage item enthusiasts.

“Who knew this was in Lincoln”
Reviewed July 29, 2013 via mobile

A well kept secret in Lincoln, The Museum Of American Speed, has opened it's doors to the public. The collection of cars, engines and car related things is presented in a wonderful environment. While the primary attraction is the extensive collection of American Speed, the Smith family also has a fine collection of metal pedal cars and lunch boxes. A must see stop for the hot rod enthusiast.

“Interesting and fun for the whole family”
Reviewed July 5, 2013

We went here to do something with the family while visiting relatives in Lincoln and this museum was rated highly on Trip Advisor and it did not disappoint. It is three full floors of vintages race cars, engines, more race cars, toy paddle cars, lunch boxes, car related music, taxis, etc. we thought it great value for the admission. The place was spotless and all exhibits very well done.

“Awesome collection”
Reviewed June 19, 2013

My husband really enjoyed this museum. They had a large variety of race cars from all eras, the accessories, motors and many other car related items that he could have spent all day here. Especially after he started talking to one of the very friendly tour guides discussing it all. I thought we were going to spend the night!
I enjoyed seeing all the children's pedal cars, lunch box collection and the cars.
