If you're not expecting high-end quality in decorating or breakfast variety, Days Inn is the best bang for the buck: they offer good sized rooms, are pet friendly,
adequate bathroom facility, free wi-fi and everything else a Hilton would have,
just not ritzy-shitzy. Enjoy your stay at a good value!
The staff was friendly and although the rooms were adequate with the exception of my bed sheet which had been apparently used as a drop cloth. (It had dried paint on it)
The neighborhood was sketchy and the facilities were a bit run down. Wandering skinheads give one the sense in S.E. Hinton's novel "The Outsiders" - nice if your reading it but not so much if you're a character in the book.
We stayed overnight on August 21st, 2013 after a 600 mile journey. The place is adequate, but not uptown. Bed was adequate and the bath was basic. Nothing to detract from our stay, but nothing to rave about. Breakfast was some cereal, instant oatmeal, toast, bagels, and some pastries. Coffee was good, but only powdered creamer instead of liquid creamers or milk.
All in all it was not outstanding, but adequate.
Room 224 bed was comfortable, pillows were good.clean and a good value.
Breakfest could be a little more extensive.
