We rarely stay at the lower-end hotels anymore but found this one to be very nice. The room was small as expected with just enough room for the queen-sized bed, table for two and dresser, but everything was clean and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable and they provided a variety of different types of pillows, so we could find one to our liking. The continental breakfast turned out to be the most pleasant surprise with a waffle maker along with the expected bagels, muffins and cereal, and more than just the regular OJ and apple juice to drink. The staff was friendly and helpful, even offering us a late check-out when we arrived later than expected due to changing time zones and a rough start getting out of town that morning. Our only complaint was the company policy to charge $15 extra for our small dog; making the price more compatible with the middle-range hotels we usually stay in but with the smaller accommodations.
