I would never have found this one, as there is no reaason to be passing through laxfield unless directed there. We had by friends that used to live there. This is a small village pub, but with a great big heart. It doesn't have a bar, but better has a tap room with keg upon keg of real ale. The food is absolutly smashing. The room was clean and in an annex adjacent to the main building, Bob the boss will cater for your every whim, I wanted kippers for breakfast and kippers is what I got! Thanks for a great stay
