We didn't stay here since we have an RV for that, but we did have an excellent meal in the restaurant. The All-You-Can-Eat Pasta Buffet includes shrimp, scallops, tilapia, chicken, and clams. You select your meats and then the types of veggies you want and they saute it all together and add your pasta and sauce selection! It was delicious! Hubby had the small chopped steak with sauteed mushrooms, hash browns, corn, and lettuce and tomato garnish-plus a bowl of Vegetable Beef soup-it was yummy too! Restrooms were clean in the restaurant, didn't go in the convenience store.

Room Tip: We did not stay here, just ate at the restaurant. We stay in our RV.

This property, located just off Route 385, is an aged facility with absolutely no inviting appeal. There are several sprawling, one-story structures, one of which houses a very small convenience store/gas station attached to a full-service restaurant.

The rooms, while spacious, had stained carpeting and scarred molding. The room, however, was clean; and a hair dryer, micro and frig, wifi, alarm clock and ice were provided.

A continental breakfast at the restaurant was included in the room price. However, when my daughter and I ventured into the restaurant the following morning, we couldn't bring ourselves to "break bread" in this equally aged, almost depressing, facility. On a Saturday morning in early August, this place should have been bustling. It was not. There was only a handful of patrons -- elderly locals? -- in this restaurant that was clearly designed for large groups/catering. We forfeited our free continental breakfast and ate at the SUBWAY restaurant a mile down the road. On the way, we passed the unassuming Bridgeport Inn, which, from the number of favorable reviews on this site, is where we should have headed :) .

this is a family run business which i would gladly support if they could make any food in their restaurant right .it took at least 2 hours to get my pizza right. the first one made was so under cooked that it made my girlfriend sick and we couldnt eat it. also serious lack of hot water. the owner was quite polite and they did replace our pizza with one that was cooked, but we were still too sick to eat it last night. should seriously consider lowering the rate because it was not worth the 65 Dollars i spent to get sick from food and couldnt even take a hot bath or shower. Had to buy shampoo also. Get back to the basics meadowlark and stop trying to expand when you arent currently serving your customers a fair product.
