This place is overrated and overpriced. Nothing memorable or extraordinary, just plain ordinary food. Did not understand why is within top restaurants in Whitefish.

The food here was well prepared and authentic to the creole cooking. The wine list was fairly extensive and the atmosphere was quiet yet energenic. The wait staff were both informative and prompt. A great find for menu items you typically don't see especially out west.

My husband and I chose Tupelo based on a recommendation of local residents, and we had a terrific dinner. We had no reservation but were seated immediately even though the place was pretty busy. The server was lovely, and the service was excellent without being overbearing. Tupelo is not inexpensive, but the food is excellent. I chose the mac&cheese, and it was really delicious. My husband had one of the more southern-style dishes, and he loved his as well. A great option in Whitefish!

We visited Tupelo Grille last week and we are so glad we did. It's a really cute little restaurant and the food is outstanding. Two of us had the bacon wrapped tenderloin, one had chicken and dumplings and the other scallops/linguine. We didn't talk much during the meal - we were too busy eating and oooohing and aaaahing. The steak was by far the best I have ever had. Absolutely melt in your mouth. The waiter was a bit blah - but that's ok - better than one that won't leave you alone! :) Highly recommend Tupelo Grille while you are visiting the great city of Whitefish!

So we were hiking with a few locals in GNP and they recommended this restaurant. Wow were we glad they did. Not only was this place really unique, with eclectic New Orleans art in an intimate setting, but the food and service was outstanding. From start to finish our meal was perfect. We were told that we couldn't leave without trying their famous Bread Pudding and were we so very glad we did - that stuff was pretty darn good. Make sure you DO NOT miss out on this amazing establishment when your travels take you to Whitefish next!
