I love the Mexican specialties. Be aware, these are only served in the late afternoon and they are kind of "fast food", just really tasty. The subs and wraps are good for a quick lunch if you are there around noon. Good place to go if you are walking or biking the nature trail or visiting the museum at the historic train depot. Be aware that much of the seating is really rustic - outdoors on cafe chairs or under a tree at a picnic table behind the place. The name "Quickee's" may be a double-entendre as the trademark symbol is a running greyhound, but the cute little house that holds the restaurant and small dining area was alleged to have a brothel in earlier times. I bring my dog on summer days and sit outside on the porch. The staff always brings him a dish of water - but then he is a greyhound... Cute, Quirky, a hidden gem of a snack bar/cantina.
