We arrived at Terroir just at the end of lunch service so we enjoyed the entire patio to ourselves - what a treat! With the Te Mata cliffs in the background it's hard to not love the picturesque location of the restaurant.
While the dishes we had were nice they weren't entirely memorable, especially for the price.
When in Hawkes Bay next I'd return for the surroundings and great wine.
