We stayed in the newer Grizzly building. Thank you for placing someone at the service desk in this arterial building because it's nice to have such a friendly greeting upon entering the building, after checking in at the main building. Our person at the service desk was anxious to answer any questions we may have had and to offer suggestions for entertainment and dining.

The room was new and clean. I love the proximity to the park. No desk/table and chair if you want to work on a computer or eat in the room, but there is a seating area with tables downstairs near the service desk.

Breakfast was as expected. Our son liked the yogurt and pancake machines. Nice dining area.

The upkeep of the property is excellent. I appreciated the details like the small outdoor fire pit glowing in the evening, and the cute woodcarvings in the support poles near the office.

Walking distance to town, IMAX theater, museum, adjacent to Mcdonalds fast food restaurant.

Great location, great rooms, breakfast, helpful staff. Family of 5 stayed in new room with bunk beds fir our Yellowstone adventures. Great location to walk to town and park visitor center. Pool was big, as well as hot tub. Breakfast was a big plus and very good to start day before heading into park. All staff was very helpful. Especially, Paula & Fran at breakfast, Lance at front desk, and staff who attended to our rooms.

My husband and I brought 3 grandsons to Yellowstone, and Kelly Inn was perfect for us. It has two queen size beds and two bunk beds. The location was great. It was close the west entrance, shopping, and restaurants. The kids also enjoyed the swimming pool. Staff was friendly. The place is clean. Breakfast was good except for one day when food was cold.
