Very nice, clean room, close to the entrance to Yellowstone. Employees were very helpful, and kind.
They gave us suggestions for dinner, which was very good. Reasonably priced, close to all of the shops and restaurants.

I know a good location is worth $$$ but for more than 200$ a night I just expect more than this. Don't get me wrong, the room was really clean and ok, but it had nothing out of the ordinary.
We work really hard all year to go on vacation and when I book an hotel that can cost more than 400$ a night I expect more than that.
Pros : good location, clean and spacious room
Cons : several things were broken in the room (we couldn't close the curtains and we had the parking spot on us while sleeping, broken lamp, I made a hole in my pant with the chair and severall other things)
Unfriendly service
The rooms are supposed to accomodate 4 people but they are not designed for it. There is a sign in the bathroom to re use the towels but there is only one hook to hang them. Were are we supposed to let them dry? We had towels for only 2 persons. There was only one night stand with plugs to charge our cameras and phones.
Terrible breakfast (I don't eat in the morning so I usually take fruits or pastries or yogurts to eat later but there was none of these choices, the coffee was the worst I ever had)
I don't think being close to a national park is a good excuse to give a poor service and an ordinary experience to customers. I am glad we were there before summer but people should definitely boycott these kind of hotels if we want the prices to become reasonable again, otherwise, people who work hard won't be able to travel anymore.

I'm sorry you were not able to find the yogurt, fruit, muffins and many more items on the breakfast buffet. All you had to do is ask someone and we could have pointed them out to you. We always do what we can to make guests comfortable so if there is any issue with items in the rooms we are quick to fix them. If you had rate shopped in our area I'm sure you would have found our prices very competitive. Thank you for staying with us.
This hotel is really very nice and clean, excellent location and very good breakfast! All the staff is very kind and friendly, you get the best customer service and information about West Yellowstone!

Best hotel I have been in for quite awhile. Service was excellent, friendly and the bed was very comfortable. The room was very cozy and clean. Breakfast was offered in the morning and the front desk clerk was so very helpful in guiding me through the town. Thanks so much.

Every time we go to Yellowstone we stay at the Kelly Inn. That mean we stay at the Kelly Inn on average three times a year. It is always clean and comfortable. The beds are very comfortable, more so than other more expensive hotels the we have stayed at. The breakfast is always good and hot. I would recommend this hotel without question.

Kelly Inn always takes wonderful care of us when we come to visit in the wintertime. Good people clean rooms nice breakfast in the morning. We are able to walk to almost anywhere into the town of West Yellowstone from our motel room. Lot's of snow this winter! Thank you
