We very much enjoyed the WorldMark West Yellowstone. Although we were staying in the well-appointed presidential suite (3 bedroom, 3 bath), the entire resort is well done. The location is excellent for those who are in town to visit the park. One morning I left the WorldMark, stopped for coffee, and was still inside the park gates in 7 minutes. Hard to beat this as your home base for a Yellowstone family adventure.

We stayed at the Worldmark West Yellowstone June 2013. The rooms are a bit small in comparison to most Worldmark properties. We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit. No dining area to speak of, the table is up next to the kitchen bar and really only seats 5. The living room furniture was worn and uncomfortable. Couch would only seat 3 at most. The murphy bed takes up most of the width of the room when folded down. The bedrooms were OK. The bed in the master was comfortable. Bathrooms were adequate but no fan unless you turn on the floor heater--not too useful in the summer. The indoor pool was fairly large and the two hottubs were good when they were BOTH working. One always seemed to be broken. The game room had a pool table, ping pong table and a few card playing tables. It also had a small room off to the side with 3 video arcade games that our 13 yr old grandson had no interest in. They were $1.00 ea.per game. A nice little playground in the center of the resort for the kiddies. Nice grounds and lobby. A business center with two computers and a printer was great. The people at the front desk were helpful. NO push to attend any sales which I liked.

We stayed for a week in May, it was perfect. This resort is located about 1 mile from the entrance of Yellowstone.

Our room was beautiful with a wonderful view. The pool and sauna were wonderful at the end of a long day of sight seeing.
There are plenty of grills in the common area for the guests to use.

The town is lovely, it has many restaurants and stores to choose from. We can't wait to go back!

Great location close to Yellowstone Park entrance, and town. We stayed in a three bedroom unit - was a great stay with no complaints. Staff were friendly and helpful, beautiful facility, very nice pool, hot tubs, and game room. A great all-around vacation!

I travel to Yellowstone National Park every January and have stayed in several different hotels in West Yellowstone. The Worldmark is my favorite for a number of different reasons. The parking is plentiful and the snow is not an issue. The building's exterior is very well designed and complements the area. I took several pictures of this lovely property! The entrance and lobbies are quite spacious. If you needed a bit of time away from your family and a little "space" there are several rooms dedicated to lounging and recreation. Housekeeping does a very good job keeping the common areas clean as well as the rooms. The front desk staff is very friendly and always willing to strike up a conversation or answer your questions. There is no bellman but luggage carts are available. (I did wonder how carts would maneuver the narrow hallways during the summer crush.) A maintenance man was in the area and did offer to help with my baggage.

The pool and spas were being replastered while I was there. A spa was available, but the spas are so small that three people would be a crowd. Too cozy. The furnishings in the various rooms all functioned and were attractive. The beds were comfortable (NOT hard as a rock). Neither shampoo, conditioner, nor lotion were provided. Laundry soap and dish soap were, as well as several different sample seasonings.

The town of West Yellowstone is "walkable" even in the winter. I often fly in to Idaho Falls, take the Salt Lake Express Shuttle to West Yellowstone, and do not need a rental car. While there are many businesses closed in the winter, there are those which remain open and can offer the goods and services that you need. If you ask the front desk they can tell you which, or they will find out for you. Be certain to check out the bulletin board right around the corner from the front desk. The local activities--movies, events, offers, etc--are posted.

Upon planning our visit to WEst Yellowstone we seen that there were no 'great' reviews for any one particular hotel in town- so we started looking at the Worldmark resort- it is A-Plus! Rooms are comfortable with all the ammenities, the pool was closed for maintenance but we rarely use resort pools so that wasn't an issue for us. The only thing is the heat is hard to regulate- we were either too hot or too cold- but it was clean and cozy and we'll definetly rerturn!

We've stayed here many times while visiting Yellowstone N.P.. The room is always very clean and comfortable. It's like home on the road with a fully equipped kitchen so I don't have to eat out for every meal. The only negative would be the poor Internet service that requires a hardwired ethernet connection to one computer only. Wireless devices are out of luck since there's no WiFi. The office say's they're in the process of fixing this issue but that seems to be there excuse many years over and still no WiFi.

Room Tip: This facility is part of a timeshare that's very reasonably priced. I'd recommend becoming a...
