Once we were thrown out of Yellowstone Park by the government shutdown, we headed for this spot. This is a true find --- clean, comfortable, and even has a microwave and mini-frig. The price was low, and we were warm and cozy.

We stayed three nights at Evergreen and found it to be a lot more than we expected. Logan and Sara were great hosts in every respect. They provided great advice on places to eat and the low-down on all the local attractions. The rooms themselves were rather small but that proved to be of no concern. The place was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped if you chose to do breakfast there but we skipped that in favor of a great Pancake place just a couple of blocks away. Also, if you are in the middle of a long stay, there is a laundry facility on-site to take care of your needs. In many ways, Evergreen is a throwback to days gone by, but Logan and Sara have brought up to modern standards in a remarkable way. It's absolutely charming!
Stayed here for two nights beginning 10/4. Booked a king room and was delighted with the accommodations, cleanliness and service. The room is a bit smallish but tastefully decorated. The bed is very comfortable and my room had a refrigerator and microwave. Also, there is an on-site guest laundry and the wifi was fast and reliable. I agree with all the other reviewers who say they would recommend this property to anyone looking for a good stay in West Yellowstone.
Best hosts in our two week trip out west from MIchigan very warm and personal welcome. Very cosy comfortable pillows and king bed. Walk to anywhere on town. Quiet not bothered by tour buses.Owners know where to eat and sent us to a local restaurant that was fun and good food and service.Would stay again in a heartbeat.
We stayed four nights last year (2012) and wanted to stay here again this year.
Not knowing when we'd arrive we weren't able to book in advance but were able to score one night with Logan and Sara. It was #7, a King bed room. Delightful stay and saved a little on the price, compared to last year.
We recommend the property and encourage everyone to make a point of staying here.
About a half mile from the west entrance to YNP. Pretty typical but well-maintained motel. Close to stores, restaurants, all within walking distance, but far enough away so as not to hear the street noise. Nice, if small, room. Fridge, microwave, wifi. Guest laundry room and ice machine. Quiet, stayed two nights, slept well.
