We stopped by Superior for a car show on the grounds of an old school. And this place is in the same building. We were so lucky.

Went in and ordered a HUGE breakfast of eggs, chicken fried steak and hashbrowns. Home cooked like no chain could ever do. This is another good reason to get off the interstate a bit to seek out the local fare!

Great home-style breakfast, and entertaining atmosphere - in an school building! I felt like I walked in the cafeteria in my elementary school! But the food was a lot better! If you like 'fancy' coffee, a different Jackie has a coffee shop in the other end of the building!

We were day hiking in the area and wanted a sit down lunch with some character in Superior, Montana. Jackie's we recommended by a friend, and it has a reputation for good food at a fare price, so we stopped in for lunch. The food was very good and service friendly and attentive. We also liked the adaptive reuse of the old school building for a casual restaurant.

Jackie was our waitress, spouse Mike does most of the cooking. Building is a historic school building but unfortunately keeping it maintained is not in the budget. Food was good (we had breakfast), coffee was hot, cost was very low.

Different little place, carved out of the cafeteria of a now closed school. Barely converted, funky, etc. The food is pretty good, with a large selection of items on the menu. Fifteen or twenty people there on the Sunday that we visited, a testimony to its' popularity. They did run out of a few things, also apparently popular. Waitress has no filter, which was awesome. Jackie waits on you personally, with Mike cooking up a storm. We'll be back.
