The staff were pleasant and helpful. Room accomodations were excellent. I especially liked the pillows. We had dinner at the resort. It was very good. We didn't have breakfast because a buffet would be too expensive for the amount of food we could eat. Overall stay was wonderful and we will return.

What a beautiful place to stay. Friendly staff nice clean rooms and gorgeous view of Flathead Lake. We did a group block for a family wedding and they made everyone's stay enjoyable. I cannot wait to go back for another stay and enjoy more of what this beautiful hotel has to offer.

Clean comfortable rooms. Basic hotel amenities. The casino is the main attraction for this hotel. Front desk service leaves something to be desired. Each time (3) I have stayed here, the front desk folks are in the back and do not come out, or seem to have something more important back there than getting guests checked in. The breakfast buffet is decent with fair amount of choices. Servers bring your breakfast drinks so you feel obligated to leave a tip. The view of the lake and marina is real good. Nice location on the lake. Good experience aside from no hot water this past visit. Kinda wrecks one's day. Went to a campground and paid for shower.

We had a clean and comfortable stay at this BW. We enjoyed the atmosphere and caring staff. Very nice place to stay. We are not gamblers but there was a casino on site for those who enjoy this activity. There were several young family's there that were enjoying themselves.

Great hotel. REAL RESORT FEEL. Other than just one of us (my elderly mother) was put in a room way far away (down a stair case, through halls like a hospital and up another elevator) it was great. We had many rooms there (a wedding celebration) as well as the bridal suite..AMAZING.

We really enjoyed our room and our lake side view---and the $15/person boat cruise around Flathead Lake!
The breakfast option is a buffet--and we were told that we could order omelets as well, which my husband and I did. I ordered mine with no cheese and it came with cheese in it and on it. They also came after our entire table was finished eating--they had to wait for us. There is only a 'cold buffet' before 10AM, which is quite limited.
During the afternoon, I purchased some ice cream sandwiches from the snack shop just outside the restaurant and asked for napkins. The 3 young girls working (I was their only customer) told me they had run out of napkins and just sat there...how about offering to get some?? Before I had purchased these, I had asked the gals in the snack shop about cleaning off the outside table we were sitting at that was dirty and she handed me a squirt bottle of cleaning solution and a rag---guess I was supposed to help clean up. We also noticed a table from lunch with all the dirty dishes, the bill and the tip at 3:30PM...estimating it had been that way for several hours...
Eat elsewhere! :)

way overpriced, typical casino fare, lots of smoke, tobacco smells all over, heavy emphasis on drinking and slot machines despite the fact that the scenery is awesome, the location is awesome. They have a restaurant so no free breakfast and the only breakfast choice is a $10 buffet, regardless of how little u might want to eat. Great seating outside on the lake side but ashtrays all over and not cleaned regularly. If returning to Polson I would stay elsewhere. In order to get to our room we had to go down an elevator, walk the entire width of the hotel and then take an elevator up to our room, no other choice.
