We have been visiting Paul and Nancy at The Way Less Traveled for 20 years. Our family has had made so many precious memories at this beautiful B&B. There is no better place for you to unplug from technical and recharge your soul. The scenery is breathtaking, the food is phenomenal, and the conversation is never dull! Our kids cherish the times we have spent here and we were fortunate enough to bring our almost 90 year old Mom with us this year! She enjoyed a beautiful walk and witnessed a moose visit. Thanks Paul and Nancy for the memories - our adventures with you will never be forgotten!

As always, it was wonderful having you with us to start out the new year on a happy note. We were privileged to spend time with your mom and make memories of our own that we will cherish. We look forward to many more visits! Storm misses his girlfriend!

Paul and Nancy were just the nicest people. Their home is beautiful and they have made it so you have an abundance of privacy. Breakfast and conversation was wonderful. We traveled with children and they asked us each night if what they were planning on making would be ok with our girls. I cannot describe the beauty and the peace I felt during our short stay. The Way less Traveled is definitely on the road less traveled but 100% worth the trek! If ever I am back that far north I will stay there without question. Thank you Paul and Nancy!

Room tip: Two of the rooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom. The king size bedroom has it's own bathroom and private balcony.

We love this place! My husband and I have stayed here 10 times in the last 7 years! This is the only place that we stay when we vacation in Montana. Paul and Nancy are wonderful hosts and welcome us warmly every time we visit! The home has all the amenities and the best breakfast compared to any other B&Bs we have stayed at.
It is remote and peaceful. Glacier Park is nearby and the Whitefish Mountain Range is even closer. It has many backcountry trails with amazing views!
So, let’s talk about the dirt road, yes there is a dirt road and it is long. BUT, if you can remember that getting there is part of the adventure, you wont be disappointed. We love the drive. The Mountain Views are awesome and never ending. Wild life can be seen along the road as well. We have seen several grizzly bears, black bears, elk, moose and deer. It’s not unusual to see bear and moose from the back deck at the house, either! What a blessing!
The way less traveled bed & breakfast, is the way less traveled! If you have a good attitude and are looking for a different pace, in a different place, take the dirt road:)

Room tip: Lewis and Clark room has amazing mountain views..

Thank you J for taking the time for a wonderful review. Your visits are always a highlight to our season and we look forward to the next one (Sept?). We are so happy you were blessed with a Moose in the meadow last night and a Mama Grizzly and her 2 cubs this morning. I'd write more but there's a huge Pappa Grizz looking for snacks in the meadow now! Sorry you missed him.

Our daughter introduced us to this beautiful B&B, and the awesome hosts, several years ago. We feel blessed to have a return visit, which we vowed would not be the last. Paul and Nancy are such gracious hosts whom we enjoyed fellowshipping with during our stay. The breakfast was so delicious we wanted to keep eating! Paul created a wonderful Caramel Latte for us. The views from their home are breathtaking!

It was wonderful seeing you and your husband again! We've so enjoyed meeting the parents of one of our favorite repeat guests, and the sister, too. You blessed us with your presence. Looking forward to that next visit and we'll try to call in a grizzly for you! HAHA

Stayed at this beautiful b and b for 4 nights. The home is exquisite, beautifully decorated, and a wonderful home feel. The view of the mountains are breathtaking.
We had the Lewis and Clark room with our own balcony and bathroom. So nice, enjoyed every minute of our stay. Breakfasts were delicious. Loved the hosts Nancy and Paul. Made us feel welcome and at home. This was one of our many stops in Montana and it was our favorite place to stay and our favorite view. Will come back and stay again. Loved it so much!
