I have to take a relative to medical appointments in Missoula, and frequently use this hotel. Previously, I've always had great experiences. This time....wow. There were small children (same two, for two+ days) running in the halls and hollering. Not so great for the nap I desperately wanted and needed! A quiet location has always been part of the appeal of this property. Also, there was an older gent, wandering around the property. He and the running kids appeared to be related, and kept propping the end door open with rocks. (yea, I know it happens everywhere, but I don't have to like the practice.) Housekeeping had to be called to the room, which is also unusual in previous experience here. The breakfast was as good, and the desk staff was very nice, so perhaps I just hit it on a bad couple of days.
