Beautiful rustic lodge decor properties with open atrium, waterfalls, hot tubs, swimming pool. Relaxing overstuffed chairs and sofa in front of the fireplace in the lobby area. I would definitely stay at a C'mon Inn again. Extremely well priced.

We've stayed at the C'mon Inn in Billings several times and were favorably impressed. But this visit to Missoula was a step down. Hallways were dirty. No towels at the pool and desk clerk would not respond because she claimed to be the only staff on duty. Breakfast was just OK but the ambiance was bad because the attendant was whining about her sore wrist from mixing pancake batter. It's a great physical plant and is completely non-smoking which is hard to find in Montana.

Room Tip: Rooms on the inside facing the atrium are quietest but you have no idea when the sun rises.

I am so sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your stay. We strive to provide the best service possible for our guests. I understand your concern about our hallway carpets. We will be getting them cleaned this fall. This winter we will be remodeling our breakfast area so that we can serve a larger variety of food. I will speak to all staff members about your concerns. I hope the next time you are in Missoula, you will give us another chance to prove that we are a great hotel. Thank you for your review.

We have stayed at the C'mon Inn in Bozeman several times, but not visited the one in Missoula until this week.
It is such a relaxed setting, with the open atrium areas, 5 hot pools, waterfalls, swimming pool enclosed in glass, glass elevators, in a mountain lodge decor.
The rooms are tastefully decorated with flat screen TV 's, pillow top mattresses, microwave, and small refrigerator.
The rooms on the first floor have table and chairs in atrium in front of room, second floor rooms have private balconies with chairs, and third floor has shared sitting areas. This makes it really nice when there are young ones taking naps and going to bed early.
The continental breakfast is served in the atrium and includes pancakes, waffles, toast, English muffins, bagels and cream cheese, muffins, oatmeal, cold cereal, yogurt, juice, milk, and coffee.
Freshly baked chocolate chip cookies are in the lobby around 4 pm for the guests.
There is a Mackenzie River Pizza, Starbucks, and Cracker Barrel within walking distance.
I can't think of any stone they have left unturned. Registration staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel was immaculate.
Would highly recommend, and will return.

Room Tip: We like the rooms on the second or third floor that open to atrium. It basically gives another seat...

We splurged and got one of the jacuzzi suites at this hotel. Wow was it ever amazing!! It was the hugest hotel room I've ever had and the best jacuzzi in a room I've ever had. The breakfast area was beautiful with a huge waterfall right in the middle. The place was very rustic and relaxing. It had 5 hot tubs so it was almost a shame to have one of my own in my room. The pool area was glassed off so it cut down on the noise. I wish we lived closer so we could come back here again jus to chill!

Really love the open feel of the hotel, with the waterfall and jacuzzis. They were always occupied so we didnt try then out. I enjoyed sitting in the comfy chairs and reading. A little spendy but worth it. And I love that its next door to the Cracker Barrel!

The hotel is in a convenient location, with good breakfast (toast, pastires, instant oatmeal, pancakes, and fruits.) We like the courtyard and can see families with young kids really enjoy the indoor hot tubs and pool. However, it was very humid with very strong chlorine smell because of that. The 2nd floor rooms have private balconies and third floor rooms with shared sitting areas. The front desk staff didn't seem to care about their customers- didn't tell us about breakfast or wifi. Not sure we'd stay there again.

Room Tip: 2nd floor rooms have private balconies. 3rd floor rooms have shared sitting areas with sofas. First...

Very nice inside, a few of the hot tubs needs a few jets worked on. The rooms were very clean and nice. The Breakfast was only ok. Could be improved a great deal. But overall a nice place to stay.
