We LOVED the room. We got a kids' suite. So there were 2 rooms. Our daughter absolutely LOVED the bunk bed in the kids room. And the crayon decor was cool. In the kids room was her own TV and an XBOX. Which you could get free games from the front desk. AMAZING! (I am not tech savvy and the front desk guy came and helped us set up the XBOX controller that I could not get to work) The main room had a couch, a desk and a nice flat screen TV, mini fridge and microwave. We loved the spaciousness of the room. The bed was comfortable...the pillows not so much. The breakfasts were delicious. The free WiFi in our room was great. The pool was perfect as well as the hot tub. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Even gave us a card to redeem for a coupon book at the mall and a free appetizer or non-alcoholic drink at Red Robin (which we used). Missoula is such a cute fun town. We had a blast!

Room Tip: If travelling with kids...get the kids' suite.

Glad to hear you had a blast in Missoula, we love it too! And thank you for your kind comments about our staff. The Kid’s Suites are a hit with travelling families, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. You will be happy to hear that we will be getting new pillows, so the comfort of the pillows will match the comfort of the mattress. We hope you stay with us again.

Seems like a newer hotel on the ever popular Reserve street. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great and easy to get to. We went with the kids bunk bed rooms, which was a hit but the nightlights next to the bed had really brights lights in them, think Mack truck with high beams on, and were useless. It was a nice big room, but I felt bad that it was an "accessible" room and we did not need that. I felt that should be left to someone who needs that feature, but was told all the kids rooms are that way. Breakfast was the same as any other Holiday Inn Express, not sure how anyone would rave about it other than its free. Pool was clean and had some toys for the kids. The game room was cool. Only thing I didn't like was the price, but that is the going rate in Missoula.

We do have some great amenities for the travelling family. Our Kid’s Suites give everyone their own bed and space, our indoor pool is perfect year-round, and our Game Room with Xbox Kinect consoles lets everyone burn off some energy! Sorry to hear that the reading lights next to the bunk beds were a bit bright, probably new bulbs. And thank you for your kind remarks about our staff.

We were in a suite with a king in one room and two queens in the other. The room was comfortable and clean. My only complaint was the room was very noisy, and it may just have been where we were located. The air conditioner was so noisy that it woke us up every time the compressor kicked on. Overall, this is a very nice place and would consider staying there again.

Our two room suites give everyone room to spread out, perfect for travelling families. Sorry to hear that the air conditioning unit was noisy, we appreciate it when our guests inform of us any issues they may encounter during their stay with us. We do hope to see you again.

We stayed here (family of four) en route from Yellowstone to Glacier NPs. We like Holiday Inn Express hotels, especially for the kids' suites. This one is fine, but seemed just a touch more faded than some we have stayed at. The girls liked the bunks, but we had been spoilt by the larger fort-like bunks at Cortez CO.

As others have mentioned, the staff here are excellent and friendly. They welcomed us so warmly when we arrived late that evening.

Thank you for your kind comments about our staff. Our Kid’s Suites are very popular with families; they like the extra space of the bunk bed room and kid’s get their own TV and Xbox console! Hope you enjoyed the parks.

We stayed in Missoula for a night on our long cross country road trip and were very happy to land at this hotel. The people at the front desk were friendly, efficient and helpful, giving us easy directions for the 10 minute drive to the historic downtown area. Our room overlooked the mountains which was a bonus. The room itself was large and well laid out with one of the quietest a/c systems I've experienced in a hotel. The bed was very comfortable and there was no noise during the night. We were very pleased with the included breakfast which included little omelets. The wifi signal was great. If you are driving, you have easy access to the highway. I'd definitely recommend a stay at this hotel.

From the moment we walked in, we received outstanding service. The gentlemen at the front desk were genuinely courteous and helpful, the rooms well thought out, spacious, and impeccibly clean. We initially booked here for the kid's suite thinking it would be a novelty but were very impressed with it, especially the little things like the kids room having their own thermostat, tv, xbox game rentals, and reading lights for the bunk beds. The pool was bright and clean and stocked with pool toys. I loved the variety of foods available (great biscuits and gravy!) for breakfast and the promptness the staff had in refilling items that had run out. Overall excellent, we even get our choice of soft or firm pillows in the room and a microwave and fridge!

This stay was pleasant in every way, reasonable cost, and made a great stop back from Yellowstone NP to Seattle.

We have said it before but we’ll say it again, families love our Kid’s Suites! And with our indoor pool and game room we are the perfect choice for travelling families. Every morning we have a full hot breakfast buffet with a variety of choices, so everyone is sure to find something they like. Hope you enjoyed Yellowstone National Park and we hope you’ll stay with us again.

Our group of 18 Bikers met at the hotel to start our annual 10 day summer ride using Missoula as the place we started from and finished for a total of 4 nights. I was completely surprised at the overall quality of the accomodations, the incredible service and the great attitudes of all of the staff. Everyone went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable-accomodating 18 guys without their wives is no small feat. I would highly recommend this hotel whether you are with just your family or a group.
