We recently stay at this Holiday Inn Express, as we passed through on a road trip. We called ahead and supposedly got the last room, as it was busy due to hunting season. Our room was clean and spacious. The hotel does not have an elevator, so if stairs are an issue for you, request a first floor room. The breakfast was very good and the dining area was very clean. Pool area and spa were convenient and clean.

What really impressed us most was the caring staff. We got a phone call from them an hour after we checked out, informing us that we had left our cell charger in the room. Now really, WHO does that? They mailed it to our home for us and it was here when we arrived home. Very impressive and appreciated!

Room Tip: If stairs an issue, ask for a first floor room...

I arrived in Miles City without a hotel reservation. We were tired and hot from a long day driving and seeing sights. When I asked about a room, the two front desk clerks (one male and one female) started laughing hard and informed me (rudely) there were no rooms at the inn or anywhere else in town. The man then said Motel 6 still has rooms if I dared stay there and I would be better off in the Walmart parking lot. Amazing lack of professionalism displayed here. Being from New England, how am I supposed to know a place like Miles City would need hotel reservations far in advance because of the oil pipeline going in? How about some employee sensitivity training, management? BTW, we did end up staying in our RV in the Walmart parking lot.

As business traveler, it is refreshing to stay somewhere that is really interested in the customer. This Holiday Inn Express was wonderful. From check in to check out, the service came with a smile. The front desk ladies were exemplary. I enjoyed speaking with each of them and especially Lori. I would highly recommend this hotel, if you are in eastern Montana.
A quick drive to Wal Mart and many restaurants too!

We stayed overnight enroute to visit family. The hotel is fairly new with wide interior hallways. Our room w/king bed was very spacious and clean. It had a TV, small fridge, microwave, and coffee maker and just enough outlets to plug in our electronics. Although the hotel is located adjacent to interstate hwy, there was no noise from outside or other rooms. Self-serve breakfast buffet included hot entree (eggs, bacon), cereals, rolls & muffins, toast, yogurt, juices and coffee. Staff was friendly and cordial. Free internet access. There was an indoor pool, hot tub, and I believe coin-op laundry. It is our first choice of places to stay when traveling through the area.

We stopped here on our last trip and found it to be clean, quiet and very comfortable. Great bed! Comfy seating area off the lobby. (Drive through the downtown area at night to see the old neon signs on the bars. ) This hotel is located right off the freeway it's a snap to get to there.
