I can only echo what others have so eloquently said: it is an amazing place, and not just for a remote area of MT. It is a gorgeous house, beautifuly decorated but absolutely comfortable, and pristinely clean. The hosts are warm and welcoming and so thoughtful, without being at all intrusive. For instance, when my daughter and I wanted to eat in one evening, Mary set a table for two (for our takeout) and built an enormous fire in the LR -- it was just lovely. We stayed in the Twins Falls room, which is on the main floor, and overlooks the parklike grounds -- it was perfect for the 2 of us, and would have easily accommodated a third. Breakfasts were terrific (and lighter fare -- yogurt, fruit, granola -- is served on request and to go). There is a library/bar, with microwave, fridge, plates, silverware, glasses, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, popcorn and snacks available 24/7.
