Live in Missoula and decided to take a trip up to Lolo Hot Springs since we had never been. It is really pretty up here, and the resort looked nice so we decided to stop and have dinner. We are sorry we did. When we went inside to tell the hostess/waitress/whoever that we wanted to sit outside, she said "If that's what you want" with quite a bit of attitude. We shrugged it off and waited outside. We ordered our meals, and waited.... And waited... And waited... Then the waitress came back out and asked us what we ordered because she had forgot by the time she went in to write our ticket up. So we waited some more... Finally our food arrived and it looked good, but sadly it was not. It was barely warm, had no flavor, nothing... Toward the end of our meal my boyfriend asked if he could get a 7-up, waitress said sure, and we never saw her again. Another staff member happened to come out to talk to some of the locals that were there, and took our plates in as well as out bill. All in all a pretty awful experience. The waitress could have cared less and pretty much ruined the whole event

This was one of the worst breakfast places we have ever been at. We understood they did a great dinner and thought, since they were open, we would have breakfast there. Their healthy breakfast of Greek yogert (which was good) with fruit consisted of only a sliced apple. The egg/prime rib was just scrampled eggs with a few bits of thin (very thin) slices of prime rib. Not a place to stop before 1:p.m. - keep driving!
