My husband, 3 year old and 1 year old stayed 3 nights this past weekend - we had planned on staying only 2 but enjoyed the area and hotel so much we extended our stay. The room was very clean, the staff was friendly and accommodating. We had no issue with noise but did meet a family in the elevator who said they heard partying in the wee hours in the room next to them. We ate breakfast each morning (there is a $9.95 extra charge unless it is part of a package special) & it was cooked to order and quite a bit of variety. We were pleased with the pool and would definitely return.

Room Tip: One side of the hotel faces the airport (west side?). We had a 3rd floor room on the other side & the view was beautiful!

It's always great to read how our hotel and community/area can have such an impact on out of town visitors that they chose to stay another night. The team here truly enjoys meeting and exceeding our guest’s experience, thank you for sharing it with us.

while we were disappointed in the features available on the tv, the staff and hotel accommodations were very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was a little off this trip, sausage seemed luke warm but it is usually a great option, the chef cooks up your waffle/eggs/etc to order. Coffee in the lobby, snacks at the reception desk, clean rooms, hotel in general. Great choice for a stay

Thank for sharing your most recent experience while staying with us, it is nice to read how pleased you were with our hotel. I will look into the holding temperature of the sausage provided in the restaurant and share your feedback with our team so that we can correct and improve in the future.

Stayed here for a conference and truly enjoyed our stay for the 3 nights. Very clean and the service was superb. Went to pool one night and there were no towels but a call to customer service and towels were there in a couple of minutes. Wasn't completely satisfied with restaurant but rest of stay was great.

We recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn while celebrating our 34th Anniversary. We were looking for somewhere more upscale in Kalispell. We were very very pleased with the hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable , spacious and quiet. The products provided in the room from the coffee/tea to the bathroom items were all high quality. The hotel is well located to branch out from for whatever adventures we found ourselves on. It is well worth opting for the breakfast when reserving your room. The decor in the hotel is very pleasing. The restaurant attached to the hotel has delicious food. The only complaint we had is the pillows. It seems to be a trend in hotels as the last 3 I have stayed at all offer 2 small pillows. One is very hard and flat and the other is way too soft. I hope they revert back to a good quality pillow. Great place to stay otherwise.

Room Tip: Maybe bring your own pillow. We were on the 4th floor. Nice and quiet.

Thank you for choosing to stay with us and share your experience while being our guest. I am glad to read how pleased you were with our hotel and staff, I will be sure to share your feedback with the entire team. I will look into the pillows that were in your room, they may need replacing as we purchase and use fairly high quality pillows. We try to keep a close eye on the quality and replace as necessary.

I just returned from a business trip to Kalispell. I stayed at this hotel for the first time. Rooms are comfortable. Check in was a breeze. Breakfast is $10 but free for folks with Hilton Honors Silver or greater status. Staff was very friendly. Its slightly pricier than Hampton Inn. We had a power outage on Thursday AM for most of South uKalispell but otherwise the stay was uneventful but comfortable. The only issue I had was that the gym was often busy perhaps because the hotel was full and I could not get my daily workouts. I am heading back to Kalispell in two weeks and intend to stay here again.

Thank you for choosing to stay with us and sharing your experience. Our team always enjoys hearing how our guests enjoyed their stay, it's your feedback that both motivates our team and also lets us know what we can do better. I apologize for the power outage; yes it was quite far spreading affecting nearly all of South Kalispell. I hope to see you in the future when traveling to the Kalispell area.
