New owners are going to make this into an excellent park. Hiway noise somewhat distracting for sites along north boundary, but no deal killer. We had a problem with another camper who insisted on running his generator late into the nite, but the staff handled it well, and problem was quickly resolved. Will definitely come back, and look forward to seeing the improvements that are sure to come. Give these guys a chance.

My wife and I were trying very hard to find a place to stay for three nights on the busy week before July 4th. When we called this place the lady on the phone was phenomenal in making arrangements, giving direction, etc.

When we arrived we were met by the new owner, rob. He was very friendly, knowledgable about the area attractions, and eager to help. He prides himself on giving the same discount to police, es are, fire, EMS, military personnel as he does to auto club members. He feels it is a small way to show appreciation.

We found the entire staff to be helpful and friendly, the park to be very well maintained and clean. The laundry room is well equipped, clean and large for a park of this size. The bathrooms and showers are large and spotless.

The park would certainly get the highest of ratings except the camping spaces are, I feel, a bit small.

The price is great, the location is convenient to the area. Overall a very nice little park.b

Room Tip: Get a pull through on the end like we did. Parking is a snap and it gives you a place with no neighb...

We spent four nights in a 40' fifth wheel. The new owner loaned me an electrical cord since mine was a little short. Beautiful landscaping with large shade trees. We enjoyed the quiet serenity. Right off Highway 35 but very quiet. The entire staff were great, very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Nice clean laundry and priced right.

Beautiful area, lots of room - the new owners are delightful people and go out of their way to be helpful and to make you feel welcome. The facilities were clean and tidy and the park was in great shape - we are from the Seattle area and want to come back this way soon!

We had plenty of room for our 38' RV. Grounds, restroom & laundry where very clean. We spent 5 days, including memorial weekend and we were the only ones tossing horseshoes and playing bocce ball. I've already made reservations to return for the 4th of July.

Thank you for the nice review. We are working hard every day to get ready for a great summer. Today our big project has been draining, cleaning and prepping the pool/pool area. At this point we are very optimistic about having it up and running well before our June 15th target date.

If anyone has ever rented properties, etc. and dealt with the general public, you know what a headache that can be. People do not read plain-language agreements, and after drinking a few beers, become inconsiderate (loud) jerks.

When people complain that their kids could not carry on or make a lot of noise, maybe it is because the management is trying to keep the experience enjoyable for the other guests. Or does not want a frivolous personal injury suit, because one of the kids running around fell.

The people on here who are so critical should try volunteering at a NPS campground for a summer, work at a hotel where guests trash the rooms or wake the other guests, etc. - then see if they are so critical of people who lay down the rules.

After all, this is their campground, their rules. Staying there for one night does not make one the owner.

Part of the reason that they are "difficult" is that they want to set the tone for how things will go, if someone is going to stay. Like most people, they do not want to deal with a lot of nonsense.

Room Tip: Try to reserve a spot far away from the highway.

I just have to say that we happened upon this great RV park and it was just great. lots of trees and cosy setting very clean , also the couple that run this site WOW just can't say how great they are. They make sure thinks are kept up and help you get into your space if needed and really make you feel at home . Can't wait till this next year, we are marketing it a point to stay even a few more days this year. One of the best places to rest your tired bones in beautiful Montana. Sincerely Pattylee M.
