We ate @ Cowboys twice whilst visiting last month. Good, basic fare and for a small bar a good choice. Service was fine, although adding a whisky sauce to the excellent home-cooked bread & butter pudding was a mistake.
The beef quesdillas remain excellent incidentally.
Lester the co-owner introduced himself and later showed us his smoker outback. Never seen one before, complete with mesquite wood being burnt - imported from his natve Texas.
If you want a good, simple meal without going into Billings and are near Huntley try Cowboys!
