My husband and I enjoyed a night in Helena at this lovely property just across the street from the historic governor's home. After a day of touring the Capital Building and the Montana Historical Society Museum we were ready for some quiet time. We enjoyed a glass of wine on the front porch, watching people walk and bicycle home from work, then our hostess recommended a fantastic restaurant a couple blocks away.

The internet wasn't working, but everything else was top notch.

Room Tip: All the rooms seemed wonderfully appointed and very quiet. We toured the entire property and loved...

I just stayed a night in Helena at the end of a week of yoga up at the Feathered Pipe Ranch, (which was wonderful!) so to go from '70s happy-hippiness in the Montana hills to cushy, lush elegance was a treat! Coleen, the owner, was sweet and kind and genuine. The house is beautiful, the room was comfy, and quiet. When I go back I'll stay longer, and get to know Helena better. The Cathedral is stunning! Archie Brae Foundation great too!

Colleen is a wonderful owner/hostess. Best french toast, breakfast is included, ever. The home is very historic and decorated to reflect its early 1900's style. Conveniently located to most of the activities in Helena and a nice neighborhood for an early evening stroll. Helena was an unexpected surprise, too. Don't miss the Bray Pottery Center, we were there for a couple of hours. Also toured the cathedral, down the street from Carolina's, along with stops at the historical society and the state capitol. Dinner at Lucca's was excellent.

Room Tip: My husband was recovering from a double knee replacement and got the ground floor room, so no stairs...

Perfect host, breakfast, and walk to a very historic downtown. The quietest street you'll find for a b and b. Beautifull historic home. Could have stayed here a month.

We were very pleased with our room. It was comfortable and well fitted out. Breakfasts were delicious. Off street parking was good.

They had the most beautiful room we’ve slept in on our trip. We slept in the Corak room. It has a chandelier in the bathroom, which is kinda cool. If you’re 6’3, you have to be careful though. All kinds of antique furnishings. Nice owner who wanted to make sure we got to see everything Helena has to offer. Amy made us a nice omelet for breakfast with a small fruit salad. We enjoyed our shockingly stay in the B&B. (we got some little electric shocks in the room)

We were at this Bed and Breakfast for two nights, and would have loved to stay longer. Even my husband, who is not usually a fan of B & Bs loved it. The place is beautiful and Pat, the innkeeper was delightful and very accommodating. The location is great- we could walk to just about everything, but we enjoyed returning in the afternoon to sit and relax.
